No service for 10 minuets after sitting down, and I was really thirsty! I had to waive down a server myself. The food I made the trip for was only served on the weekends, I was told and this wasn’t anywhere on the online menu (eggs benedict popovers ) :((
The “fresh” OJ was out of a bottle :(((

We made a reservation few weeks ago. There is no one at front for us check in. I stood there for few minutes.
After check in, wait 20+ minutes. It takes a long time for first server came.
Not greeting. After we ordered drinks, we told her, we were ready to order.
She answered, " I only taked drink order first, there is anther table before you"
She can kindly explain instead impatient and angry.
First impressions, very poor.
At that moment, I almost call out the manager to discuss this issues.
We waited for a long time for our drinks to come.
Gladly we have second server. Our second server acted nice, friendly. Patient. We thanks for her works.
The main reason I rate 2 stars, it's all starting from beginning no one check us in. And the first server really need some training. I paid $130+ for four of us for brunch. I don't mind paying that if the first server match of their value.
Totally disappointed!!
We probably will not go back at this location!!!
Overall, we still appreciated our second server, she's lovely.

It was nice. Although I was disappointed in the wines I tried. I ordered a rose and it wasn’t sweet at all. The waitress was nice and brought me something else to try and I didn’t like that either. The food was pretty good. The donuts are a little dry but very tasty. My party also had the chorizo scramble which was great, the fried chicken was really good, and the chilaquiles were great too

We were sat outdoors and it is right on the street - a very loud street next to cars, trains, construction etc. if eating here I don’t recommend sitting outside . No ambiance at all.

While everyone in our group truly enjoyed their food the noise level made conversation nearly impossible. With a full restaurant I don't think it's necessary or wise to also have loud music. We were seated directly under a speaker which made our experience quite unpleasant.

Both the menu and the dishes we ordered were excellent but overall we were not satisfied.

Everything was good. Drinks were tasty and unique.
We ordered brisket hash and zucchini blossom popover. Zucchini blossom popover was good. but it was not satisfying with just one blossom and 2 popovers. It can use a little bit salt too.

Had a great time here. Came with my mom and cousin for an early lunch. We ordered the french toast, a scramble, and the buttermilk chicken sandwich and split the maple bacon donuts. Tony was our server, he was great and attentive. We'll definitely go back. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed patio. So thankful to have this restaurant option at UTC.

Extremely disappointed with lunch. The french dip sandwich for $25 was very thin and the meat was not tasty and very overcooked. The Caesar Salad was also very expensive and bland. I might try breakfast again but I would definitely choose from the lunch menu.

No good experience w/ reservation, we arrive early and they ask us so wait, when we came back on time for our reservation that ask us to wait 15 minutes. When we called in our table was outside when I specifically reserve high table. They had to move people from our table to finally get us sitting. After that food was great and decide good. Good coffee!

Making a reservation was super easy and quick! The wait for our table was very short! Our server was extremely helpful and had a very warm and welcoming energy. She gave great drink recommendations and was very accommodating about if a drink was not to our liking! The manager also checked up on us to make sure everything was going well! Overall had a great meal with no stress!

Large portions, and everything our party of eight ordered was delicious. Service was attentive and prompt, although the restaurant was crowded. We brought two dogs and ate in the covered patio area which was really like eating inside. The egg dishes, maple bacon donuts, and french toast were amazing! We'll definitely be back.

Brought family from out of town to brunch. The table was outside by the sidewalk where you have the street right there. They did a decent jump of trying to make it feel separated so that wasn’t too bad, but it may bother other people. Food was good as usually, a little pricey but everything seems to be going up in price lately. Server was excellent! Wish I remembered his name.

We made the reservations early on a Sunday to beat the rush, we arrived and were greeted by the wonderful hostess and host (little did we know the great experience would end there). Our server was not very attentive, we had to actually stop a waitress and ask her if she could send over our server and she was actually our server ( she had walked by and looked at us a few times but didn't stop to greet us or tell us she would be with us shortly). I don't know if she was always like this, maybe she was just overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had but the place was maybe at 1/2 capacity. One of our dishes was the fried chicken and maple donuts. We got it because the table across from us got it and their chicken pieces were HUGE. When we got our dish the chicken was flat and small, seemed like tenderloins flattened out (we much have gotten the scraps from the table that we saw ordered it. The donuts seemed burned and over cooked but when we cut into them they were doughy. Would have been nice to have our waitress check in on us so we could have had it fixed but by the time she came over we were already over the entire experience and ready to go. Different locations have always been great, we cant see ourselves returning to this location. The ambience was great until a woman came in with her pet and it was just everywhere. I understand California allows for pets in some restaurants I just don't feel like being at a restaurant where pet hair is flying everywhere. Maybe if they set up the restaurant with dog sections and non dog sections then everyone can be happy and comfortable with the arrangement.

definitely loud!!! but it was a Saturday morning.
Food was ok but for apron 25 dollars a meal I would think that they could have gotten the order right. We ate a nice waitress. but she was hopping so, getting things like slat pepper, ketchup and extra cream was an issue.

Went here for dinner. A little pricey for what you get...a $17 salad with no protein looked like a large side salad. Fish and Chips were pretty good however. This location is right on the road, and the crazy guys with loud mufflers like to bomb up and down the street in front like a drag strip. OK, but will dine inside the mall somewhere from now on.

First visit to Great Maple- friends were in town and we gathered for a late brunch. The food was excellent- a variety of creative and unique dishes which everyone enjoyed. Something for everyone- which is hard to accomplish in our group. We run the gamut from meat lovers to vegetarian, large appetites to light eaters. Service was great- we did not feel rushed- will return!

We arrived to check in for our reservation and the two behind the counter were complaining about a customer for 1-2 minutes before greeting us. We checked in and waited for our table. We were seated inside and we waited a bit just for waters. Our waiter arrived at the table and asked for our drink order. We ordered two bloody Mary’s. His response was that the bar is backed up about 10 minutes so it might take a little longer and we said that was fine. Then he went into a spiel about how the food is taking a while to come out of the kitchen - approximately 20-30 minutes- also okay with us. However he proceeded to press that we needed to order an appetizer because the wait was going to be so long. It was like he wanted us to leave? Anyways our drinks and food came out at a reasonable time no issues there. Food was subpar - nothing special. We’ve been to this location before and had great service and food so I was surprised by our visit this time.
