   Service was great but the food was horrible and way over priced for the quality. I have never had calamari served within two minutes of being ordered. Our meals were oily and way overcooked. We will not be back.

   The parking lot and outside of the building look run-down. I was surprised a place like this was on Open Table. But we decided to give it a chance. I ordered clam chowder, which is my favorite soup. It was runny and tasteless. I told the server I didn’t like it. I was told that I couldn’t substitute it for something else. I asked for a manager, who did allow me to exchange it for seafood gumbo. Tye food is nothing special and not worth $$$. If you can go somewhere else, I encourage you to do so.

   Was a little concerned about the amount of cars in parking lot hoping that this place wasn’t a flop because we had a party of 8. But food was delicious, we ordered everything from fried food, oysters, and broil food. The only thing that was a little off was the iced tea, seems like it was the water that was making it taste weird.

   The atmosphere was pleasant. Thought karaoke was available but it was actually just an live band. A dj would of been more suitable. But overall everything was okay.

   Reservation was easy. First impression was awesome. Table had our reservation name on the table. Greeted at the door, table was ready, sever immediately identified herself and was ready to answer questions and take orders. Food was good, drinks were on point. Thank you for a great service.

    It was just a weird experience. The service was so slow even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. We felt like they did not want to be bothered with serving us. The food was okay, but the prices are high. The crab cakes had more bread/stuffing than crab and the "bowl" of gumbo was more like a small cup.

    I do apologize that your experience was not the best. Will it be ok if I reach out to you personally to find out what went wrong with the service. Our customer service is usually the best thing about us. Also let us make the crab cakes right. Our gumbo is only one size , but you can request a bigger serving. I do apologize again.
