I ordered the seafood alfredo, which was amazing, even though the scallops were on the tough side (overcooked). We ordered 2 appetizers that were supposed to only be $5 on Thursdays, but I noticed after I got home that I was charged $8 for each. Couldn't do anything about it at that point in time, since the restaurant is over 30 minutes away from me.
All in all, the food was great. It took a little longer than I would have liked for the service, especially since there were only 3 or 4 other tables and 2 servers working.
Fabulous food. Gets better every time we’re there.
We had a friends reunion . First time together in 42 years! The food was excellent, our waitress was excellent. We were so busy talking, yet she was very patient with us and we never felt rushed!
Great calamari, entrees, and cannoli for dessert!! Can’t wait to go back!
We asked for the pasta al dente... What came required no teeth. Disappointing.
The server and owner were wonderful, they made the dining experience more personal. I would highly recommend trying Grazie.
Really good Italian food. We live far and try to come every chance we get.
My husband had been to the restaurant many times when it was the Taste of Italy. Hadn't been there for a year my husband has been very ill. We went to Grazie last weekend and was so disappointed we said we will never go back. The prices are outgrageous!!!! I had chicken parmesan that honesty, couldn't believe the small extremely thin piece of chicken they served me for $20!!!!! I would be embarrassed to serve that. Definitely a shame as there food used to be good. Left still hungry!!!!!
Excellent food and service! My favorite is the Frank’s Francese! Yummy!
Great selection and the bacon wrapped scallops were excellent! The lemoncelo sauce was so perfect 👌 the shrimp scampi was the best I've had! A 10
We had a large group of 10. Reservations were made several days in advance. The table was prepared. We explained we were attending a movie, and needed to leave in an hour and a half. We ordered ahead for a couple late comers. One requested two glasses of water, knowing she would have to wait for the second one . But only one was brought anyway and she ended up having to wait for the second one. The wrong entrée was brought to one of us. She got the correct one less than 10 minutes before we had to leave. Otherwise, the food was good, a bit pricey, but overall it was a good experience.
Excellent food and service! Try the Frank’s Francese!
I was thrilled to see the Chicken Giuseppe back on the menu (from an earlier Taste of Italy menu), but we were not impressed by entree sizes. Food was good, but not great, and we've come to expect larger portions from local family owned Italian restaurants. We wouldn't make a huge effort to go back, but I wouldn't refuse either.
Dipping oil very bland. Bread used for dipping not hard crusty bread, more soft crust. House balsamic vinaigrette missing something, possibly vinegar. Oily, few spices. Type tomato used on grinder is questionable. Server needs to be more aware on how to give correct coin change. Bus boy hovered over our table to clean up. Understandable if there was a waiting line at the door for tables, but this was not the case. Felt rushed. Will not be returning in the future. Would not recommend.
Really good food. I think also one of the best places to get soup.
Although my dinner was ok my husband ordered shrimp scampi and the shrimp was way over cooked, very rubbery hard to chew. I was not able to get a mohito or rum and cranberry because they didn’t have rum. Service was slow because we were told they were training a new bartnder?? I know they just recently reopened so we will give it another try in a few months but for right now I can not recommend it to anyone.
Large portions and great food. New menu has more options than just Italian. Would definitely recommend.
Fathers day dinner. Food was good, service was good. Seafood scampi was very good. Reservations were at 4pm. Not busy at all which was a good thing. Picked up with the after 5 dinner crowd. Prices for the entrees typical to slightly high than your steakhouse/Italian grill places. Would recommend and will be returning.
Would not go back! Below average service and took way too long for nobody In the restaurant at the Time! Food quality average!
Diner quality food, was disappointed. Chicken Marsala sauce was like gravy. Owner made me another one it was better but not the greatest. Over priced for the quality.
Love the clams casino and the Caesar salad. The pizza was decent for PA.
Excellent food, service and value. Music is very loud.
It took a long time to be seated and an even longer wait for our food. I do understand it was Mother’s Day and our server was very apologetic about the wait. She said they were super busy in the kitchen. My food was very good. I thought it was a bit pricey. I would go back again.
The food was visually appealing, the presentation was good, and it was filling. Unfortunately, everyone's food was bland. A good chef will go light on seasonings, but not eliminate them completely. Except for salt, pepper, and a Parmesan shaker, there were no other seasoning containers on the table to attempt a flavor fix. The bread for dipping was delicious, though the seasoned dipping oil was among the worst I've tasted. The dipping sauce for the Calamari was also bad. Their idea of a table for 5 is a table for 4 with 2 chairs on one side and a booth type seat on the other. After I paid the bill, the owner/manager did not let us linger - even though the restaurant was 90% empty and it was no where near closing time. I noticed that other reviews had a response from the owner saying every problem reported was due to new business growing pains. They have been open for more than 8 months, so the problems may be more deep rooted than he thinks. PS. As of May 15, 2018 they still do not have a beer or a liqueur license.
Everything was so wonderful! The staff was very friendly and efficient, the food was phenomenal, and they were very accommodating with our large party, including an infant. 10/10, will definitely dine again.
We always have a wonderful time when we dine at Grazie. It is currently BYOB, which I like! I prefer to bring my own favorites and save money, too! Food is really good, and the Italian Feast is a great bargain. Tiramisu is fantastic!
Had a table of 4 and everyone's dish was great. Husband had gnocchi which was delicious, that can always be hit or miss. BYOB is actually great, but I understand they may be getting their liquor license. Service was also excellent from the young man who greeted us to all the servers. We live in Southern CA and although we have excellent Italian food, it's not quite the same as the east coast sometimes. If we lived in the area, this would definitely be a regular dining spot. We will be back next time we are in PA.
Really good Italian food. Love the inside décor. Will be going back.
The food, thankfully, was good. But the service needs some work. From the moment we arrived (and waited several minutes to be acknowledged), the hostess was clueless. Then we were asked by our server if we had a wine key with us to open the bottle of wine we brought! Being gluten free, I ordered my salad with no croutons, which the server confirmed with me... the salad came out WITH croutons. I was at least pleased to see our main entree’s tasted good, and arrived correct. The service part seemed to lack, almost as if there was no manager around to hold the fort down...
We have been regulars to taste of Italy and now grazie. My go to choice is always francaise. The last 2 times I ordered it the dinner came out cold and dry. The sauce is not like it used to be. Francaise sauce should be smooth and creamy throughout the food. I will try it one more time and will make sure to say something to the server.
This restaurant is now BYOB, which is fine with me. I can take what I like and it saves me money!!! The food is just as delicious as before, and there pay one price dinner feast is an amazing value for $25. The tiramisu is great! Always enjoy our meals here, and the new owner is charming!
Spaghetti tasted as if it came from a can
