We bake our pizzas in an authentic wood-fired brick oven. The combination of apple, cherry and oak hardwoods at temperatures of 700 to 900 degrees make for a distinctive flavor and crisp crust.

Graziano's - Chicago Ratings and Reviews
Food was excellent and the servings were very generous, the food came within 10mins of our order time and was fresh and piping hot! The atmosphere was nice and it being on Thanksgiving I was really surprised as to how crowded it was. That says alot for your reputation. My husband and I plan on returning and bringing our entire family!
Grazziano’s has been our go-to place for the gluten-free/vegetarian options desired by one family member. We’ve never been disappointed trying to cover diverse preferences when our party of four wants to dine together. While a special menu was presented for the holiday, we did order a regular menu appetizer, but were disappointed when the buffalo calamari (usually well prepared) was cold when it came to the table. This won’t prevent our family’s return, but inform our choice(s) when a special menu is offered.
This is a tricky review to write because I love Graziano's food and their staff is always very good to excellent. We even went there for an Ester dinner which was fantastic and family stu=yle earlier this year.
So, we decoded to try a "stress free" Thanksgiving meal get together on Thursday for Thanksgiving. The menu sounded good with the usual classic fare. The staff was terrific. The meal was plated and you could get more of something ifinterested. Unfortunetly the flavors were lacking and I cannot put my finger on why.
The turkey was just ok the stuffing was not so good in my opinion, nor were the potatoes. They gave a chouce of mashed potato or sweet potato - and they wre just basically bland. The beans were also just ok. The cranberry was just those little plastic containers of what seemed like canned cranverries but maybe they made them and they just tasted that way. Kind of watery, actually. The pumpkin pie was giood because I asted a tiny bit of my daughter's. I selected the cranberry apple crostada dessert and the astry was not good, the filling really lacking flavor. Sad.
But then we did have a good chance to visit with our table of 7 and I know how terrific the usual Graziano's menu is - so I will go back for that and I hghly recommend that. I even recommend Easter dinner, but not this Thanksgiving meal - it missed the mark in my opinion.
Graziano’s is our favorite restaurant. We ordered the homemade spinach ravioli with meat sauce and it was outstanding. The service was terrific. You can always expect delicious food and excellent service. You will receive free bruschetta when reserving your table online.
It was Halloween weekend and our reservations were for 6:30. The place was mobbed. We got in right away b/c we had reservations but it was extremely noisy which I do not like but the food made up for the distractions and noise. Excellent food each time we go there. If you don't like noise, try getting there around 5 or 5:30 which is usually the time we go. There also was a coupon on line which may have been the reason that it was so crowded ..not sure.. b/c usually crowded and noisy after 6.
The host was very welcoming when we arrived. We ordered the bruschetta and fried calamari appetizers and both were great. The bruschetta tasted so fresh and the calamari was tender. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and offered an honest opinion when I was trying to decide between two of the featured entrees. I really enjoyed the house Italian salad dressing that they make. We all enjoyed our entrees and the quality and quantity of the food was very good.
HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. NOT OUR BEST VISIT. THE RESTAURANT SEEMED TO BE UNDER STAFFED. WE WERE SEATED AND WAITED SEVERAL MINUTES BEFORE A SERVER CAME TO TAKE DRINK ORDERS. APPETIZERS WERE SERVED AND WE HAD NO SILVER WARE OR NAPKINS. SOMEONE FROM OUR PARTY SPOTTED THE SUPPLY STATION AND GOT THEM FOR US. I DON'T THINK WE WILL EVER GO BACK. SO MANY GREAT PIZZA/ ITALIAN "FAMILY PLACES" IN THE AREA TO CHOOSE FROM
This is our first time at Graziano's and our group was very pleased with the food, service and atmosphere. Big servings, had enough leftover for the next day. Food was very tasty. My kids wanted chicken alfredo (which was not on the menu) and our server said that they could cook it for them. I though that was really nice! Will definitely come back here.
Graziano's is one of the best Italian restaurants in the near-Northern suburbs. The food is delicious and portions are huge. We always have leftovers to enjoy at home. Service is usually excellent and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Great place for family dining.
Went for Friday night dinner - Wife did not want to cook, Food we good and they were able to accommodate our requested with menu changes with ease. Wait staff was friendly and kids loved the mac & cheese. It was a little overpriced for just Mac & Cheese without drinks at 5.95 but happy to see they even had a children menu. All in all it was a nice evening with good food and friendly service.
Food was typically very good, service was a little spotty this time. We had two chicken/pasta dishes and a chicken parm sandwich. All were excellent and we took home leftovers. For appetizer - the toasted mozz is awesome! Split a dessert - the apple crostata which was great!
Graziano's always delivers good food and good service, making it an easy choice for a regular meal out or special occasion. This most recent visit was a mid-week dinner to celebrate a family birthday. They did not disappoint. Our party of 6 was taken care of by server Marina. She took great care of our party and the celebrant, and a good time was had by all.
