    We visited G&D for brunch as well as 2 afternoon happy hours. The brunch was amazing, and exactly what we needed to get our day started. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have an extensive drink selection including creatively crafted cocktails by their talented bartenders as well!

    Arrived for our reservation and waited as the host was no where to be found. The bartender seated us and then we waited for the waiter—he was all by himself. The food was good, seemed to be short staffed. The waiter apologized for the wait. Overall a good restaurant.

    Came here for brunch this weekend during our Nashville trip. Loved the brunch menu and our server was really nice. The restaurant itself is a really cool (hidden?) gem inside a hotel. Loved the museum and artwork vibes. Would definitely come back.

    We had such a fantastic meal! The flavor and freshness of everything was perfect. My favorite was the charred baby carrots with whipped feta, golden raisins and pistachios. The mint on top was incredible and the way the flavors worked together was just amazing.

    It was brunch hour so not as busy as I can imagine it getting later the day but overall great experience with the museum in the hotel! Gotta love the penguins and the bartender was excellent, the food were all excellent too!

    Enjoyed a lovely brunch catching up with a friend. The front dining room was busy so we chose a corner in the back dining room near the kitchen. Everything was perfect - food, service and atmosphere (10/10)

    One of the best meals I've had in Nashville! The staff was excellent, from the bartender to the waiter to the manager. We had great appetizers, pork belly, and steak, all perfect. Loved the carrots side as well. We also had some excellent wine recommendations. The location is really convenient for games or shows (we walked to Brookstone after for a concert). We'll definitely be back!

    II have always loved Gray and Dudley and the 21c. My daughter and I were there for dinner before a show that started at 8. We arrived at 6:20 and had appetizers and drinks. At 7:30, we still didn't have our dinner which we had ordered around 6:40. We had to leave before we got dinner so that we wouldn't be late to our show. I had even told the waitress at the beginning of the meal that we were going to a show and that we had a time constraint. We were so disappointed and went to the show hungry. I stared asking for our bill at 7:20 and finally had to go find the manager and stand there while he rang up what we had consumed. The bill payment procedure took about 15 minutes.

    Our food was excellent but the experience was diminished by less than considerate service. The catfish entree was superb. Had the server not been condescending and the presentation of the food less harsh the evening would have been outstanding.

    Food wasn’t good enough for the price. The wife got catfish, she said the almond sauce didn’t compliment her fish and was oily. I got pork belly and it was okay at best, it had a Dijon mustard that over powered all flavors. Cabbage was good, but 2 leaves just isn’t enough. Beer was good though. Portions were too small for the price and quality of food. Service was good.

    We just arrived in Nashville and had no idea where to go. We went down to “where the action is.” OMG this isn’t our scene. We like live music, we love dancing. We love good food. But wow, Nashville is nuts. Too much sound. Too many people. Too much chaos. Not for me! So we tried to find a place away from the beaten path but that we could actually get into last minute and had a good rating. WE FOUND IT! Low key. Soft lighting. Not crowded. Great service. Fantastic good. We had the baba ganoush - fantastic. Then had beet salad and little gem salad. Wonderful. Then moved on to catfish which was fantastic and Rigatoni with crawfish. It was fantastic. Would come back again and highly recommend.

    Great location away from the downtown masses. Nice atmosphere with good separation between tables. Relatively quiet for downtown. Menu is small but good choices and food is excellent. Recommend for date night or small group gatherings.
