Took a group of 11 there for my birthday. Great restaurant!!! Would highly recommend it! Great food. A few blocks away from Broadway but still walkable. Far enough to get away from the chaos of Broadway.

We like to go out in Nashville. A lot. To all kinds of restaurants. I was really looking forward to trying Gray moist and flavorful. The place is beautiful. But with so many great restaurants here in Nashville, we will not be back to Gray & Dudley.

Spent an evening with friends familiar with Nashville but don’t live here. They are young professional people from NYC and they loved G+D’s. Service was fabulous (thanks, Mary Grace) and food was also good. We sent back one starter because it was too salty and the chef sent a completely new one, but taken from our bill. Great cocktails (their in house tonic is fab) and overall fun experience. This place was busy and lively. Definitely go.

Gray and Dudley at 21c was an excellent choice for a quite, romantic atmosphere for dinner. The staff from the maitre D to the chef were outstanding. The food was prepared well, the server was knowledgeable of the cuisine and offered suggestions and the chef was wonderful. Great experience and we would highly recommend for your dining experience.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville - the food is always delicious, with unique and seasonal menus that always taste fresh. The cocktails are fantastic, love the venue, servers are always helpful and friendly. Love coming here to celebrate a special occasion!

Have eaten at 21c Louisville and was seriously impressed with the venue. The hotel 21c nashville is equally impressive. I had hoped Gray & Dudley would be equally interesting but it was a little less weird. Wish they could up the game a little.

It was nice. We did the Valentine’s 3 course meal with the wine pairing. The food was great and service was fast. Our waitress was awesome. It was a little pricey for what we received and portion sizes weren’t very big, but the food was good. I liked being able to view the art gallery after dinner.

I had checked the menu online multiple times, which made my surprise at finding a fixed menu for the night (Valentine’s) that much more of a surprise as I hadn’t seen it listed.
A worse surprise was in finding out that there was EXTREMELY limited options for those that didn’t eat meat, or had lactose issues.
Sand in the scallops. Tough NY strip steak that was actually two medallions. Dry olive oil cake. Rose and honey sorbet was imbalanced and the combination did not work together. Price was excessive for the quality. Squash tart was good. Service offered little menu details.
We were treated very well as guest. Checked on as needed and each course came out just as one was completed. Everything tasted divine but it was a little upsetting that it was a preset menu instead of full menu. My partner had a difficult time eating anything because of preference and still having to pay $65 was upsetting for him to waste food he wasn’t fond of. The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was very unique. I wouldn’t have changed anything but that!

Valentine's prix fixe menu was our second visit to Gary and Dudley. Neither the food nor the service was as good as our first visit (Nov 2019), which we considered exceptional; and $ value was we felt, much less. We are eager to go back, but not for a special occasion prix fixe menu.
We would also like to see some changes in the gallery exhibits: a change in each quarter is probably a good idea.

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant for dinner before a show at TPAC. A good friend recommended it. The experience exceeded our expectations all the way around! The food was excellent - beet salad, fried mushrooms (not your average mushrooms!), cornbread, pork chop, and steak - all was done just right and absolutely delicious. The service was also fantastic. The wine special topped it off - a great cab. And the ambience is eclectic, with interesting art all around. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent start to an excellent evening at Gray and Dudley. Had 8:00 Hamilton show so made dinner reservations at 5:30 on a Friday. Our server was fantastic and she explained to us about the unique hotel and art galleries inside. Cocktails and dinner were amazing and had plenty of time to peruse the galleries before being able to walk to TPAC. Would highly recommend for dinner before a show.

The food was really mediocre at best. And over priced for the quality. The service was terrible. The waiter couldnt (or wouldnt) really answer questions about the menu.
It was a total thumbs down. I would not go again. The art at the hotel is wonderful though.
My fiance and I have been here multiple times, and we always loved the food and our meals each time. We came for the prix fixe meal with another couple for New Year's Eve. The prix fixe appetizer (biscuits, pate, pimiento cheese) and our drinks took 45 minutes to come out, and our waitress did not check in with us at all within that time frame. When we finally got her attention and flagged her down, she told us they had to put more biscuits in the oven because there was a rush of people that came in to the restaurant. Another 20 minutes later, the biscuits came and were not warm or even room temperature - but cold, like they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. The next course was fine (beef tartare), but the main dishes my fiance and I ordered were not. His short rib was very tough, and it was not hot. I ordered the fish, which was hot (which I was excited about), but it tasted "off" with the first few bites. Then I had a bite that tasted like ammonia, which I later googled and discovered means the fish was not fresh and/or cooked properly. Needless to say I could not finish the entree, so I was left with just the side of broccolini to eat for dinner, along with a few bites of my fiance's entree. Overall, we were very disappointed both with the service/lack of attentiveness of our waitress as well as the quality of the food, and the meal was not cheap, being $75 per person for the fixed menu. We are sad to not go back, because as I said we have previously had great experiences. But I have to say this was probably the worst dining experience I've had, especially given the cost of the meal.
