Our chefs were inspired to create the perfect Italian meal, which varies according to the season or desires of the moment. It is an event where those sharing the meal take time to appreciate companionship and partake in a layered experience of a meal served with several distinct courses.
The modern, fresh approach of Gratzi’s menu starts with antipasti and includes artisanal meats and cheeses brought in from different parts of Italy, uniquely prepared in more than a dozen unique pasta entrées from the classics to the contemporary. We feature fresh fish and premium seafood flown in daily from Foley’s of Boston. Seasonal and local items are procured whenever possible, which includes fresh herbs and garden vegetables. Gratzi also features an industrial gas fired stone pizza oven producing artisanal pizzas. After dinner, guests can enjoy our purely indulgent decadent hand-crafted desserts and limoncello. Buon appetito!

We had a fantastic meal with great service. Actually the best food we have had at this restaurant in the three times we have been there.
This was the 2nd visit. The alfredo they cook at your table is outta this world. The staff was friendly, fast and attentative. We will be back and I will recommend to anyone looking for Italian cuisine at it's finest!
My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and very much enjoyed our lunch at Gratzi. Everything was great.
We had Eduardo as our server for the second time. He remembered our previous visit (which was 6 months before) l. He told our teenage daughters inspiring stories and truly made an impression on them. We came to Gratzi to be fed (our stomachs) and instead Eduardo fed our soul. We will be back to Gratzi because the food was great but most importantly we want to see Eduardo again!
Brooke was our server this evening, she was truly amazing.
Very good food and exceptional service. A bit noisy but not intolerable. I wish they offered a lighter menu as well. Very generous portions. Took home half our meals.
I have to wait half an hour and I had a reservation . Food is not authentic italian . My caprese had half of one slice of mozzarella and the rest was tomatoes.... the carbonara orecchiette had no flavor you could only taste the pepper .
We waited one hour for our entree and had to hurry up and eat it because we were going to the theater at 7:30. Our reservation was for 5:45. Meal was very good but we had to take most of it with us to get to the theater on time.
Well prepared Italian food at a reasonable price. Service was excellent; attentive but not obtrusive.
Definitely the back room was the way to go. Had heard the open space is hard to have a conversation
We love visiting this home town restaurant. The service is great and the food is outstanding. I always love everything about my selections. We tried dessert this time and the Tiramisu was so delicious. I highly recommend it!
Great atmosphere and the food was excellent as usual!
Great server, he was delightful and excellent. The cocktail was very small. Tot-sized we joked.
I took one of my customer to this restaurant, the shrimps special appetizer was delicious, the Cauliflower crust pizza was delicious. I enjoyed the sea bass with a substituted cauliflower rositto, only there was too much oil in the dish but all in all great meal and the service was excellent
Had to wait for a table despite having a reservation. The ambiance is nice - upscale but still casual. The I-pad style menus are helpful - especially with photos of the dishes. The food is very good, although there is a long wait for the entrees to arrive. Overall a very enjoyable experience. A good place to go for a special night out.
I made a 7:00pm, weeknight, reservation almost 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival, we had to wait 30 minutes past the reservation time to get our table (for 4 people)! The dinner was for a special Customer and definitely an inconvenience. Food and wait staff made up for the 30 minutes of wait time, however, not sure I would schedule another important meeting until they can better accommodate reservations.
Both dishes were not served with lemon. Had to wait for coffee. They were unable to make fast enough for the total restaurant demand. This is the third visit this has happened.
Large party ahead of us so food was slow. Good Manhattan and entertaining waiter helped to kill time. Food (egg plant parmigiana) lacked ...... flavor. Other food was very good.
My partner and I were celebrating our engagement and had a wonderful evening. The food was unreal and the staff was supportive, attentive and very helpful. Thanks for making our evening a moment to remember!
Everything was delicious and service was top notch!
Excellent food and service. Courteous and effivrlient personnel ar all levels. Best filet mignon I have had since Lelli's in Detroit burned down. Made for a great Sweetest. Day. Will definitely be back.
Very nice staff, had to request refills on drinks. The chef was very nice and attentive. Wait staff accidentally brought appetizers to our table that wee not ours but gave them to us.
Love Gratzi. Eduardo took great care of us. He even asked if we wanted a picture before we ate, which is something I always forget to ask! Food was amazing as always, and any special request was fulfilled with no problem (hello extra raspberry sauce!). Wine recommendation was on point. Recommended for sure!
I’ve been wanting to try Gratzi restaurant and I’m glad we did. Our server was energetic and very responsive. The iPad menu was a little odd - I thought it took away from the dining experience and was unnecessary. My table ordered a few apps - arancini (very tasty), Asiago forno (everybody loved) and the Brussels sprouts - yum! For dinner our friends had the Alfredo prepared in the parmigiano wheel - they loved it. Another ordered the veal piccata and I ordered the pappardelle bolognese - I was disappointed. It wasn’t very hot, not saucy and the sausage added to the dish were a bit dry. The noodles were good.
This is one of our favorite restaurants but this time it was a little disappointing. We ordered the shaved Brussel sprouts salad to share. After a half hour wait and asking our server where it was, the explanation was that the “shaver” machine broke. We asked for our entrees to please be brought out as we were going to the theater. Our entrees were served as well as the salad that wasn’t supposed to be. My husband’s chicken parm was supposed to be grilled but came out breaded and fried.
The restaurant did not charge us for the salad and gave us a coupon for a future chicken parmigiana so all was remedied but it was not the norm for this place as everything is usually spot on. We will go back.
Food and service was outstanding. The restaurant was in a convenient location with parking close by.
Hosted dinner for four people. Everyone ordered something different and we all agreed that each dish was delicious. Presentation was excellent and our waitress was prompt and very attentive.
As soon as my father and I walked in the door, we were warmly welcomed by the fabulous hostess (and usual server) Brooke, who went above and beyond to make sure our first impression was flawless and also described her favorite dishes and the chef’s feature in a very appetizing manner. We were then given a 5 star service experience by our very clean cut and professional server Donnie. We tried the burrata bruschetta and calamari which were both fantastic and the chefs featured lamb shank was delicious and cooked perfectly atop a bed of orzo, kale, and apple chutney. From start to finish, we had a spectacular experience and we will most definitely return regularly and my father even mentioned he would love to have his birthday dinner here. Very well done!
It was a beautiful day in early October. We chose Gratzie mainly because we wanted to eat outside. It was disappointing to find the outdoor area closed-seems early in the season. We ended up sitting next to a birthday group and it was a bit noisy.
After being off to a bit of a slow start, the service was exemplary. All needs were well tended to, despite the Birthday party. I spilled a bit of wine-not much, but our server brought me more than I spilled, to replace it.
My husband enjoyed a veal chop that was thick, juicy and cooked to perfection. I had an Alfredo pasta with shrimp and arugula, which was good. It had a bit too much sauce and the pasta was a little over cooked, for my taste. The scampi served with it was excellent.
I especially to go here for gluten free pasta because it is made from rice instead of corn.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable evening.
Great service. Delicious good.
Our dinner at Gratzi-Midland was a wonderful experience-delicious food and great service.
Great Friday night out. Gratzi never disappoints!
Lovely evening, fresh food and very nice wine list
Rack of lamb was a great special, tender and cooked just right. Crusted whitefish was also super.
Very nice experience this time. Hope to repeat soonparticularly recommend brussels sprouts and salad with roasted beets!. Pasta pomodoro—simple and delicious! Best in town!
My favorite restaurant in all of the Tri-Cities!
Had a very nice birthday dinner. The service and food were fantastic. The upstairs dining room was a little plain and it got loud, but was nice over all.
The ambiance was very nice. For the price, I was disappointed in the quality of the pasta. The service was good, nothing exceptional.
There food was fairly good needs more seasoning a little bland but all and all great restaurant in downtown Midland
