Awesome all-round, but with the windows open and being near the hospital I felt like we were ON a helicopter pad a couple of times. This is the only time I had this loud of an experience. The food and service are spectacular, but the environment is fairly "energetic" so consider that if you are sensitive to noise!

It was Friday night so of course it was loud, but that's to be expected. We asked for a quieter place, just north east of the bar area - and it was fine. Our food was delicious, service was excellent and speedy --- it was a really great time. I highly recommend!

I was very disappointed in our server. Neither myself nor guest could figure out why she thought we only wanted one entree. When she came to our table with one entree, we both looked at her confused. It caused us having to share the one entree until the second one was prepared. There was even a statement to the server asking her to include an extra cranberry sauce with her order. I found this to be unacceptable. And, she did not even try to make it right. She did not even come back to check on us. And, it took her forever to even settle our bill. I wanted to speak to the manager, but did not want to ruffle any feathers since it was my first time dining at your restaurant at the recommendation of my dining partner. Very disappointed with the service. The service would cause me not to patronize your restaurant, even though I enjoyed the food.

Been to Granville many times, great food nice atmosphere a little noisy but the one negative is that the servers. Do not check on you and it’s difficult to flag them down. That needs work!

loved everything except the front room had strong fans overhead. Don't know who would want to sit there, felt like a wind tunnel. We were able to get a booth over by the wall. Meal and service was excellent.

Despite noting food allergy in my reservation, there was almost nothing I could eat. They didn’t even read the note. Everything is premarinated, including the burger meat which had my allergen in it. Others in our party could eat most of the food ok, but some prices were really high, especially for what you got. Our dessert was highway robbery- upcharged $8 for replacing almond ice cream for a non-allergen ice cream which resulted in a $26 plus tax + tip two-scoop ice cream dish. Totally a rip off. Our server was nice and helpful. The restaurant inside is nice but AC is blasting and we couldn’t sit inside.

The food was meh for a lot of money. The server never said her name and her service was meh. We had to keep asking for dressing, lemons and cheese and didn’t receive them all. The restaurant was incredibly loud and there was a dog at the next table, paws on the table, licking the plates. Bear in mind, this was not a service dog. The overall experience was unpleasant as was the food.

The pork chop and the trout were great. The interior was very nice. We ate at the bar although there were plenty of tables just because my friend and I were too lazy to move. Not too busy on a Monday night.

We went for a family brunch on a Saturday afternoon. The food and service were top notch! Our server greeted us warmly and cheerfully and offered wonderful suggestions for our meals. Everyone ordered different items, half from the brunch menu and half from the regular menu, and we all agreed that the food was DELICIOUS! Between us we had steak, eggs, bacon, sausage, YUMMY potatoes, burger, and fries....all cooked perfectly with tons of flavor. This is my new GO TO spot! Bravo to management for having both top tier chefs AND incredible service!

The hostess was friendly from the moment we walked in! Seated us right away and our server came by about 10 min later. The server was very friendly but we waited a long time for the bread we ordered. That was the only con. However THANK YOU Granville for the music being played! I have not gone to a restaurant and been able to hear Rufus Du Sol and Bob Moses being played!!! This was top top top for me! Keep playing it!! The food was great! I ordered the Grilled Salmon and it came out perfect! The margaritas were on point!

I like Granville. Ordering wine was a little more painful than necessary in terms of not having it and helping us select an alternative. Enjoyed the food though. Up the offering to sea salt would be nice.

Our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The restaurant is very attractive and the staff is high energy and friendly. The food is quite good. I did have an issue with missing a component of my Thai salad and some of the ingredients were not what I've had in the past. Instead of a slaw there was lettuce (or maybe baby kale?) and there was mango instead of candied ginger. My soba noodles were missing entirely and when they finally brought them to me in a little bowl there was a piece of bell pepper in them. I had asked for no bell pepper. I emailed the restaurant later in the day as my experience was NOT reflected in the bill (no discount), and a manager emailed back asking for my contact information. Then he never called. I think managers do that so they can tell upper management that they "responded immediately". Really not the case. So, I really like Granville, but each time I go there's always something funky.

I like this group of restaurants. I usually go to the one in Studio City as it is closer to my home. My wife is getting treatment across the street at Cedars Sinai. So we went for an early dinner. I use Open Table for my reservations and this is the only one in the group that accepts Open Table so I like that a lot. I have always gotten warm dishes in the past and always like whatever I got. I tried the chicken salad this time. I can honestly say, this was the best chicken salad that I have ever had. Prices are a bit high, but that's the case with everyone, and the food and service and great cocktails are worth it.
