   I've been going for years with no real complaints, but last night was a special occasion, and we made reservations (7 adults) 2 months in advance, knowing it was a busy time with school graduations. We requested a window seat for the view and pics, followed up 4 days prior, and added another seat to our reservation. I spoke with a member of the staff, and she also verified the notes for a window seat. Upon arrival, they seated us by the Kitchen/Bar area. When I informed them we had reserved the window table, it was like a joke to them, the window seat was taken for another 1.5 hours if we wanted to wait! Look to be 6 golfers chilling out, most likely golfers which was good for them but not good for me and my family celebration. Tom, our waiter, was great! Girls new I was not happy, but couldn't be bothered. I guess what I'm saying is I won't be returning, and I don't recommend making a reservation since they don't honor it and don't want to ruin your day like ours was.

   The menu had Lots of great choices to choose from. I had the salmon and my partner had the Risotto. Both entrees were outstanding! We also had the fried calamari and the lettuce wraps for appetizers both were very good. For dessert we shared the vanilla and strawberry gelato. All in all we enjoyed our dinner and had a great night out.

   Server was a little slow. He brought out a birthday roll to our friend for his birthday. Strange?

   As always the food and service were excellent! We're lucky to live close by and get to visit often. Never disappointed!

   Had a 715 reservation. We got there at 720. Multiple open tables and we had to wait 10 mins for a table to be cleared. When we were seated and given menu’s and water. 2 of the 3 of us received waters. Then we waited. Multiple waitresses walked passed us. This went on for 20 mins. Then empty table next to us was seated and waitresses took their order in less than 1 minute. We then walked out. Went to another local restaurant for a great dinner. We will not be back to the Tavern at Granite Links.
