It was quite busy and appeared to be understaffed, but these days, who isn’t. Overall, good experience and our server did the best she could with what she was up against. Food was good so no real complaints here.

What a terrible experience, now I remember why I never go here. The waitress was reminded 4 times for water refills, never brought them. She brought out one plate of food, skipped the other 3 people in our party, then blamed it on the handheld. We did finally get our pretzel appetizer for dessert.

Incorrect order for one of us. It took 25 minutes to correct. Waiter wasn't paying very close attention so it took way to long to refill beverages. Thre restaurant and bar didn't seem to be be super busy. We have eaten there many times and enjoyed it. They seemed to be having an off night.

There were six of us last night, my brother and sister-in-law flew in from Georgia and they wanted to go somewhere. They don’t have there so I took him to Granite city the food was amazing. My husband said his waffle fries were cold and soggy. The waiter we had was not very friendly. Got upset with my husband who’s hard of hearing because he was in the military for 24 years and it was loud in there. He was Very rude to him when he was trying to order. He did ask us about refills or dessert. He wasn’t happy when I asked for a refill of water, so nobody ask for another drink or refill on their soda. We will go back because the food is great, but if he’s our waiter, we’re gonna ask for another one.

The service was excellent. It was greatly appreciated with the family there to be able to enjoy the meal and not have to worry about anything. We were taken care of.

We asked about any seasonal taps & she looked to the board & listed the "normal" taps. I told her those were always available, she said I don't know much about beer & that she was pretty new. We ordered soups for our appetizer, a salad & entrees. Our entrees & salad arrived at the same time, still no soup...we ended up taking the soup to go. Overall the food was fine, the service was not up to par.

Some of the food was very good. But the Carmel rolls were dry and burnt on the bottom. The carved meats were out when went thru lines twice. The French Toast was also dry and burnt on 1 side.

Easter Brunch was great, they had reservations spaced out so it wasn’t crazy busy to get your food. Server was friendly and very outgoing. Food was excellent, as always.
