   We had party of 12 in a reservation. Half of our party arrived 45 min late due to flat tire. It was no problem for the restaurant & server. They took it in stride even though it was a very busy Sunday Brunch Buffet. Our out of towners had a great time & loved the food. The lactose intolerance guests were easily accommodated with the made to order eggs and variety of salads & fruit. Server Michelle, aka Shell, was excellent!

   Michelle was a great server, very attentive, and the only issue was when we ordered dessert at the end, it didn’t come out for 15+ minutes. Once Michelle realized it had not been served, she went right away to go check on it! Food was great ,portions Excellent. The nachos are humongous!

   We went to Granite City for an anniversary dinner. Our party was 8 people and we were set up in a room off the large dining areas. This gave us plenty of space and with only a few other tables with people around us, it wasn't so loud that we couldn't carry on conversations. The service was superb, the food was delicious and everything was made the way each person ordered their meal and our server was fantastic and did a great job taking care of us. Will definitely be going back and will definitely consider this for our next large gathering and highly recommend to others!

   We had the all- you-can-eat Fish and Chips, it has been really good in the past when we had it, but last night it was the best we ever had. The Irish beer we ordered with it was also excellent. It is one of our go-to places to go for a nice date night.

   We almost always have good service at Granite City…we opted for the nacho platter for our appetizer. We normally go with the Idaho nachos but feel like the portion of that has gotten smaller.

    The salmon was over cooked and the steak was tough. Also the aspargus was hard to chew. Our waitress was good and attentive. The desert cake was good. All total I did not think it was worth $55.00. The champaign should have been included in the price. The salad was brought to our table before we received the appetizer.

    We had very good service. And the food was delicious! However, it was terribly COLD! We were not seated in the main dining area and were seated next to a very large window on a very very COLD night! It was not enjoyable!!

    The hosts did not let us know that our table was ready, while we were waiting up front. After waiting another 10 minutes, had to ask them. Once sat, our waitress was wonderful and the food was great1

    The food was not refilled at 11:30. We were not offered to order omelets or sandwiches but saw them being made. Had to ask for cocktail sauce. Was sat I. The patio area. It was freezing cold and around large parties so was terribly loud. Got the rolls and they weren’t even warm. They were super hard and the sugar was crystallized and not creamy like usual. The shrimp was never refilled and had some kind of spicy to it. Never have had that before but they were sitting in a pool of melted ice and looked like a health hazard in the parking. The prime rib was served at about an 1/16th of an inch. Had to ask for an additional slice cause what was I paying for at that point. Very disappointing. Also I was there for my birthday so that sucked.

    Buffet for 4 family members on Thanksgiving. Have some this before at Granite City. Has a reservation and we were placed right next to the kitchen doors. Not asked if this was ok. Food ran out at times and the Turkey went from slices to small chunks by 1:30pm Serving utensils weren’t placed at both sides of the food trays.
