   Menu said new Bruschetta salad so my daughter and I decided to choose that salad it was terrible hardly any chicken and lettuce very soggy not really eatable. Won’t order it again

   Hello Jack, thank you for taking the time to let us know about what you thought of the new Bruschetta salad. I am disappointed that we did not meet your expectations. I know that it is a new salad and it sounds like we didn't quite make it correctly. It should be lightly dressed not to a point were the lettuce gets soggy. I am sorry for serving you something that is below standard. We will take this to the team and use it as a coaching experience. I hope that we get to see you again sometime soon.    Staff was very accommodating, even when the number of our party changed and we needed different seating arrangements. All of the food was delicious and well prepared overall with the exception of the shrimp which had a tough rubbery texture.

   I had an italian pasta with sausage and chicken which was ok but not the best Ive had. My date had shrimp tacos which were ok but fried shrimp rather than scampi style.

   My experience at Granite City is usually very good but this time the spinach artichoke dip was cold and hard to dip because the cheese had hardened. The Mediterranean Chicken was not the best. The dish had a lot of liquid in the bottom, the chicken was tough and the rice was not as advertised. The waiter was friendly and attentive and I liked him. He got a good tip in spite of the food! We’ll be back to give it another chance.

   Brunch was delicious as always. Nice selection. Would be nice if basic drinks were included when buffet price is this high.

   Easter buffet was busy but amazing! Everyone was in great spirits, polite and ready to serve. Glad we kept our reservations.

   The check in hostess was exceptional under the circumstances! She was kind and organised even though they clearly had been overbooked and the lobby and front entrance was overflowing and people were displeased at the situation. Our wait time was less than we anticipated at seeing the congestion and the food was all kept loaded and ready. Our waitress was very attentive.

   Attending the Easter brunch was very very nice. It was a little crowded, with people waiting. Our reservation was for 12p and we didn't get to our seat for 15min. While waiting, a lot of people were complaining about the wait and being double booked. But, once we got to our seat and ate our meal, it was amazing. The wait staff were very nice. Along with the hostess who had to check in all the people.

    We were there for Easter brunch. It was packed, but the staff were friendly and confirmed the appointment via phone. They let me know it was fully booked and that we may not be seated immiately at our reservation time but they would seat us as quickly as possible. The staff confirmed the same thing when we arrived. The waiter was pleasant even though they were packed and did a nice job refilling our drinks. The buffet had a wide variety of breakfast foods, salads, desserts and a ham and prime rib carving station.
