Had to wait 20 minutes for a table with a reservation. Then, an additional 35 minutes at the table before we were brought food or drinks. The food and drinks were OK but not worth the wait.

Valentine’s Day night out - absolutely adored our server Amber (and obviously her name lol). She was very kind and apologized several times for the wait as they were busy and short staffed. I had the maple pepper bacon flatbread and my boyfriend had the northern and cheddar soup, which I definitely recommend the flatbread and he said the soup was pretty good too. I didn’t try his because I’m not a beer fan. We also got the nacho fries with the Granite City sauce which were delicious! Definitely great food and appreciated the service we received.

Our table had 2 meatloaf and a blue cheese burger dinners. The burger was close to well-done but ordered medium. The fries were a little leathery--like they sat too long. The portions were very large with the meatloaf dinner- generous in quantity though also a little dry like the burger. It was "pretty good" food but a tad disappointing. The waiter was super pleasant, though seemed overly busy, and it was hard to get beverages refilled quickly.

We had a great dinner Saturday. We were seated promptly for our reservation. Service was excellent (Grant was our server). Food was served quickly. The blue cheese chop salad was delicious, as was the French onion soup. The chicken pot pie was good but a little smaller than expected and was not a “pie” in the full sense as the crust was only across the top. All in all, a great dining experience for everyone in our party.

Our server was excellent. But we were disappointed with the selection of items based on the brunch buffet price. The gravy was oily. The station for omelets was understaffed and the gentleman working it seemed to be new and overwhelmed. The food we got from the station was inedible. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant for brunch.

Ended up with a party of 3 so when we had our special 2 for $55 dinner, it would have same price for the 3rd person. Otherwise, great time period Katrina was very good and attentive.

New Year's Eve was not their shining hour. Restaurant was overwhelmed. Food and service reflected this. However, I've been to Granite City many times before and have been happy with food and service, and therefore will continue to patronize this restaurant. Will never go there again on a holiday or other time that may be extremely busy.

Overall five stars, enjoyed the meal. Only thing, maybe some fresh or grilled veggies as a buffet choice. The salad was decent, just a little more than that. My inner fat kid loved everything though.

My husband and I had the Lawless Brunch and mimosas. The food was great for a buffet, something for each. I loved the mimosas- they gave us three different juices. Our server was attentive. For the money it was a great value. We will definitely go again!

This was the best one. I've been bringing my family here for a few years and I must say this was the best. The food was terrific as well as the help . We will definitely be back. Not just for Thanksgiving.
