Great experience. Greeted with a smile. Colton was a great waiter!
Great service! Food very good.
We were seated quickly, but it took 20 minutes for our waiter to come to our table. After we got our food, we realized we hadn't been given silverware. We asked our waiter for some, but after 10 minutes of waiting and food getting cold, I had to flag down someone else. My friend's salad looked like old lettuce from kroger with some lunch meat thrown on top. My husband's chicken was burnt. The fish was good. We weren't asked about refills until we'd been there for an hour and at that point we just wanted to get out of there. My cocktail was very good. Wish I could have ordered another...
They sat us down to a dirty table
Server was good but not attentive and the restaurant wasn’t full
Salmon was over cooked
Price was high for what we got
Sides were small so had to ask to be refilled
Couldn’t order off menu
Food and quantity was phenomenal! Better than expected
We had our Thanksgiving meal at Granite City. It was all so delicious and we enjoyed their twist on buffet style meal. The service was wonderful. We always enjoy ourselves when we come here.
JenaD - Thank you for the great review! We always appreciate this kind of feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
We have had excellent service in the crazy time for the service industry.

Was a great place to take the family for late lunch on a Saturday. Something for everyone on a very expansive menu, and Jackson was one of the best servers we have ever had! Thank you!!
We made a reservation at Granite City for dinner. We ordered two small regular spirit drinks with soda. After we received our drinks I saw the bartender heading to the restroom. I went to the restroom also to wash my hands before I was going to order my food. I tried to use the soap dispenser that was on the left and it was not working so I used the soap dispenser on the right which was working. The bartender came out of her restroom stall while I was still at the sink and put her hands under the soap dispenser that was not working. She knew that it wasn't working as no soap came out so she just used only water to wash her hands. I was so disguested that she was making people drinks and serving food to people with not having washed her hands properly. There was no way I could eat there after seeing that! This is how you make customers sick by not washing your hands with soap, especially after using the restroom. Water alone doesn't kill germs. After that we immediately asked for our bill for the two drinks which was $25. I thought this was very high for two small rum & cokes. Not a big deal but when we eat out they are usually more around $6 or $7. Please Granite City, train your employees better than this! I'm glad I was the one to witness it or I would've never known.
Always a pleasure to go and eat there. We sat in the bar area and air co ditioning was o. And too cold. Other than that-meal and service was excellent as usual!
DiningOut - Thanks for the review! We hope to see you again soon.
Even though we showed up earlier than our reservation hour we were seated promptly. Friendly waitresses and great Veteran free lunch. We’ll return soon. Food was tasty and convenient location.

Veterans Day lunch. My husband is a veteran and they had a free lunch fir all vets. It was very nice of the restaurant to recognize what these guys have done fir our country. The service was great and the staff was friendly.
We had a pleasant brunch. The food was great. The fresh made omelets were perfect.

Food was okay. Not great but not horrible either. We had not been in several years and walked away with the same feeling as years ago…meh?
FandE - We always appreciate feedback, and hope you'll consider dining with us again in the future.
We arrived early for our reservation and we’re able to be seated with a short wait. That was awesome. We had Matt as our server and my husband and I do not think we’ve ever had a better server. Very professional but made you feel comfortable right away. Drinks came fast which was nice. Matt came by throughout the meal at the perfect times, refreshing our water and getting new drinks for us at the perfect times. Good came out fast. It was such a pleasurable experience.
Food was good! Restaurant was cold is only complaint.
Thanks for the review! We hope to see you again soon.
I meet my good friend for lunch and introduced her to your shrimp tacos. They were great and she enjoyed your restaurant.

In- town and decided to get out of the city spotlight. Everything was great!
Thanks for the review! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your visit to Granite City.
Great food and service.
chief - Thanks for the review! We hope to see you again soon.
Love Granite City for brunch. Dinner was a different experience. Very poor service. Meals arrived at different times. Our server only came back when we eventually had to flag her down. Not a great time…
We are so glad you enjoyed the food and service! We appreciate you bringing the other items to our attention. We'll be sure to let the team know.
Very nice night at Granite City. Sat on the patio and it was perfect. Food was tasty and a very nice waitress
Glad to hear it! Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.
Great service by Autumn. Felt bad for her, because they were out of 3 beers we wanted to try, so we had liquor...at a brewery! They were also out of all 3 flatbreads pizzas. The slider burgers were dry and buns not very fresh and very few fries, but the pot pie and bacon quesadilla were delicious. This was our first time at Granite City.
fheather - Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We would like to apologize for the lack of options available during your visit. We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be sure to discuss these issues with our team.
The server we had was fairly new with a 7 table section during peak brunch hours. Flight of beer wasn’t described, would have ordered a growler to go if I knew the name of what I was drinking. He was very nice, but definitely overwhelmed.
Date with my wife. We had a great time. Deangelo was great.
I asked to have seat to view the Titans game and I couldn’t have asked for better seat if I chose it myself. The waiter we had was amazing again. We had him last time we were here. Unsure of his name but possibly Spanish or Portuguese gentleman. He makes the already awesome dining experience for brunch to an truly amazing experience. If there is something other than remarkable that would be him!!
Of course everyone that you see is always making sure all the customers are being taken care of. We were lucky enough to get our waiter.
Your good is always amazing and lil different each time. That’s what makes this place amazing place and I recommend it to all our friends

Not a family friendly venue. Staff were unwilling to accommodate our 10 month old, and would only offer a strapless booster seat for a booth table, which of course didn’t work. We did have 5 adults. It seemed that they cannot accommodate more than 4 adults with a baby. We dine out all the time with our child, and this has never been an issue elsewhere. Food was okay, but one meal was brought out 10 minutes after the others. One meal had the smallest portion of cold fries you could imagine. Might go back, but probably not.
Sarah was our waitress and she is amazing !
Kelchand - Glad to hear it! Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.
Horrible experience. We were seated in the bar with our 3 children never received service so we left
We had a reservation, placed our orders, and then waited over an hour for food that never came. We each had 2 drinks, our server repeatedly told us a manager was going to come over, which never happened. After the over an hour wait and not getting our food, we decided to leave. We were charged full price for our drinks and didn’t get any acknowledgment of the situation. Very very disappointing.
They were out of iced tea due to shipment issues. I ordered water instead. Our server never came by and refilled our water. I made a reservation but sadly the restaurant was practically empty. I have always liked Granite City and will give it another try.
Nice place with generous portions of food for price paid.
On the website it seemed to say that you get a bottle of Wyclif Champagne for 9.99 but it is 9.99 per person.
The Jambalaya was dry. I cook Cajun often and compare my cooking to others.
There was no desert station which was disappointing, but our waiter brought us cinnamon buns which was nice.
They should go to Mere Bulles and see what a real brunch looks like.
Our waiter was awesome. Adon I think was his name.
My husband is a brew judge and was disappointed in their selection.
We went with two other friends, so all in all it was a good experience despite the lack of brunch choices.
Would not recommend for brunch but for dinner it is nice.
The food was outstanding and service superb. I've eaten on and off here for several years and it seems to have gotten better.
Our waitress, Holly, was excellent. Very friendly and efficient without hovering over us. We arrived early at 4:30 to avoid the busy time. Nice and quiet until about 6 30 then it became quite noisy, difficult to have a conversation. Still a great evening and will go back often.
First time there & really enjoyed. We will definitely recommend & be back
Hands down my favorite brunch in Franklin or Nashville. Granite City has it all at the best prices. The food is outstanding and service sets the bar for every other place to achieve. I was raised in Franklin and lived there for 40 years but moved to Florida 6 years ago. Every time I come home to see family I plan a trip here for brunch. Their infinite mimosas and endless bar of food is unmatched by any other restaurant in and anywhere near here.
Good food but slow service.
Excellent brunch buffet! Bottomless mimosas are reasonably priced
We had a reservation of 6 people for 7. We arrived about 15 minutes early and they had our table ready for us! Appetizers, drinks, and entrees were great. Our server seemed really busy, but when we did catch her to ask for something she’d come right back with it. We had a good time and would definitely visit again 😊
As usual, Beer Soup was wonderful. Tried the BLT and was not very satisfied. Way too much lettuce, all bacon shifted to one side and the other side was cut way small. Will probably come back as I like the value, but the BLT mistake will not be repeated.
