Food was great, but service could improve in keeping buffet stocked at all times. Especially for price of holiday buffet, customers shouldn't have to wait around for refills. They were busy, but definitely not anywhere near maximum capacity.

Seated us in the bar where it was cold because of the door opening. Asked for another table was told there are lots of reservations and can't get you another table. Did have a reservation and was offered an option for a booth at the bar or a table 2 mins earlier. Food took an hour. Was told there was a huge party. Saw other table very annoyed that they were sitting there for an hour also and did not have food. Haven't been at this location in a few years. Food was ok but was much better on last visit

Arrived a little before reservation and table for 8 was ready. Ordered drinks as soon as seated and waited over 20 minutes to be served. Waited almost 45 minutes after arrival to order our meal. Waited another 30 minutes to receive our food. The food was delicious. 4 of our group ordered the “all you care to eat” fish. When the meals were delivered, additional fish was requested and the additional fish did not arrive at our table for over 30 minutes. The restaurant was not very busy.

Went in for a birthday dinner with a larger party and the service was amazing. Staff was attentive, quick and very friendly. Food was great! Definitely will frequent the Davenport location.

Surprised that substituting regular fries for sweet potato fries was $3.00 when the difference in a la carte price between the two is only $0.50. Waiter was somewhat inattentive too.

Overall good meal and visit. Did not enjoy that the air was blasting on our table making it very cold. Also felt that the restaurant overall could use a DEEP cleaning (floors felt sticky). Still enjoyed good food and good, friendly service.

Don't go late in the brunch hours. You'll get charged full price for half the items that were on the brunch earlier, and half of what's left will be lukewarm at best. Deeply disappointed in what we got for the price my son paid for us. No bacon, no sausage, no biscuits, no gravy, no hash browns. And yet were not allowed to order off the menu. Table next to us that was seated 15 minutes after us with 45 minutes left in brunch time got to order off menu. The only salvation was the fabulous waitress we had.

Went for Brunch on Mother’s Day. Had reservations but still had to wait 10-15 minutes for table. By then some of the buffet items were not being refilled even though when I made reservations was told we would have full buffet. Food was good except for reduced selection. Our server did a very good job considering she was helping multiple large parties.

We attended the Mother's Day brunch last year and loved it. The quality went way down this year. Selection was not as good. The buffet was in the middle of the dining room instead of in the back banquet, which just made it seem congested. The pastries were cheap, and we felt rushed. Definitely would not go again.

Disappointing brunch…the food wasn’t even average. Greasy, cold and generally worse than you’d get at a Denny’s. Other Granite City locations we’ve been to have had outstanding brunch, so we were very surprised….and also shocked at the cost. We’re newer in this area and thought we could count on a place we’ve liked elsewhere but apparently quality varies. The bright spot was the bottomless mimosa, which was a good value for the price. It sort of made up for the food.

The food and the services were wonderful. The floor by the buffet table was sticky. Some of the plates were not washed correctly. I had to take 4 plate off the stack before I found a clean one.
