We felt very safe with protocols that were in place in the restaurant. Always enjoy the food.
Our food was good, our waitress was excellent, and the new seasonal beer was tasty!
Went for Gluten Free optiobs for ny daughter only to be told they didn't have any buns or flatbread, but she ciuld have a salad. Really!!??
Not impressed at all!
Good food but definitely not social distanced or following 6 ft apart in anyway. So take out until pandemic is over
All was good for our lunch at Granite City on Sunday.
Got a burger that’s was over cooked the bacon on the burger was undercooked if it was even cooked
Not alot of food choices and sticky buns were doughy
Service wasn't terrific. We asked for a side of ranch twice (2 different servers) then watched him stand in the kitchen and talk instead of bringing to us. My daughter's fries were cold by the time she go it. He brought our ticket without asking if we wanted dessert, then brought the cake without the ice cream we asked for. The alfredo was pricy considering it did not come with a salad or even a side of bread.
Daily special incomplete (meat but no side dish available. My dinner arrived cold. Sent it back. Came back fine. Of 20 mussels, 5 were unopened and should not have been served.
The food was great but the server was not very attentive or friendly.
Worked just fine for a quick lunch.
The meal was great and the outdoor dining experience and service were excellent.
The food was excellent! We felt safe due to servers wearing masks and gloves.
Everything was great
We sat outside was a little noise but I knew that. It wss nice outside dining
the meat portion on the sandwich was a little light on the roast beef and if we had to order a dessert again we would not order the iron skillet apple pie it just I don't know whether it's just poorly executed or a bad design but it's just not a very wasn't very good dessert overall the experience was adequate but not great
I really enjoyed my meal and the conversation, which I was able to hear!
This was for the Sunday Brunch. The rib roast was inedible. The rest was a typical mid-level buffet. Service was good, tho, and they let us take some cinnamon rolls home. Also the decor is always nice at Granite City. Stick to the beer and sandwiches.
Terrible service
It was Valentine’s Day! We did the special for $44.99 and we added a bottle of sparkling Wine for $10. The atmosphere was fun and laid back. Food was delicious. We had the Idaho nachos, sirloin dinner, salmon dinner m, and a carrot cake to share. It was lol very good. The potato’s on the steak dinner was way to salty but apart from that it still had good flavor.
They were very accommodating and pork nachos were awesome
Everything was great
Waiter was a bit slow but the place was busy
Had to ask for water refil
That’s always my tell for quality service
Flat bread - two selections was less than expected. Salmon was excellent, sans rice (with garlic mashed potatoes - very dry, needed butter or a gravy/sauce), served at our request with asparagus which was excellent and done to perfection. Wedge salad okay. Child's grilled cheese was very dry. Dessert (mini) less than expected.
Service was excellent and very accommodating.
Would we go back yes - and hope the chef was having a little bit better evening.
Great casual spot with a solid menu. Service was excellent, especially on a busy New Year's Eve. It should be easy to find something on the menu for everyone.
The food was excellent. The environment was excellent. Service was good as well.
Excellent place with great food.
Great Food as always
Granite City provided a really nice family-style dinner that was very tasty.
We were a party of 7 the food had no taste for some of us and over salted/spiced for others. Server never came back after serving the food. Our drinks were empty for over 40 minutes then when Server came back just to give us our checks and cashed us out but for some reason she could not explain why ours checks said one price but when cards were ran through it said a higher price. We will not be going back.
We had 2 parties of 6. Our server, Erin was PHENOMENAL! She was always there to answer questions, fill drinks, and check in on us. We ordered a variety of food, and there were no complaints from anyone! The mini desserts were yummy as well.
We love ❤️ going to Granite City. The food is so good and most of the time the service is wonderful. A new menu with lots of great choices.
We really enjoyed dinner from start to finish!
The food was good and a wide variety on the 3 buffets that they had. Love the Mimosa option for only $7.99! Great place for a nice Sunday brunch.
We sat at the wrong table as there was a terrible cold draft that continued to blow on us. The waitress tried to correct but it made it very uncomfortable.
Very good food, great service, just was chilly.
I think the wait staff was getting set up for the next day and they were rearranging tables and chairs the entire time. Just a bit noisy.
We arrived in town early and were starving. Stopped in to see if we could move our reservation up. No problem. Our waitress was fun. The food was excellent and my birthday creme brûlée was outstanding.
Service was alright. Food was horrible. All 5 people in our group's food was not good. We will never eat there again.
Great Place, me and my group had an amazing time. The food was perfect
We had been to their Sunday Brunch in years. The Open Table reservation was the best! We were seated immediately. They appeared to be understaffed. However, our server was outstanding! Attentive, friendly and helpful. We close the brunch buffet and everything tasted good! The prime rib was especially tender and delicious.
I just love Granite City!
It's always good food and service.
Great place to eat and our server was great!! We will be back!
Service was awesome. Staff very friendly
Food use to be better over a use ago seems like portion size has gotten smaller while price has gone up. Also you really should change the meatloaf dinner back to the original way it was soooo much better now it is kinda bland & garlic bread is not as good under it as the ciabatta bread was awesome with this dish.
