The food was very good and the ambiance is one of those that takes one outside the valley. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Our family of four had a great meal celebrating an important birthday. The food is expensive relative to the average Valley dining out experience however it was similar to Bob's steakhouse or Santa Fe steakhouse.
Awesome service, food excellent
Great Steaks ! Service was great, ambience refine yet casual
I had an incredible dinner experience. Definitely will go again! ❤️
For the first time being there, I had such a great experience. The food is delicious and the service was perfect.
The restaurant was actually closed. Made a reservation for Valentines and showed up to an empty and closed establishment. Made it a fun evening trying to find a restaurant w/o a reservation.
The restaurant was under renovation and close to the public. They didn't have the courtesy to call me to cancel. It was very embarrassing to get there with my wife on Valentine's day and figured out that the restaurant was not open for business.
That. We're. Closed.
Did not know that when we make. Resvaton
We arrived with a confirmed reservation only to be told that the restaurant was closed due to remodeling. We would have appreciated a contact from the restaurant informing us of the closure.
Steaks weren't prepared as ordered and lacked flavor. Drink menu needs to be revisited due to double drink options. Hair found in soup and no word from manager on duty. Cheesecake was offered but it was dry and lacked flavor. Server was sweet.
Food is Good
we had such a great time. we were the only ones there on a wednesday night, but was totally entertained by luis and matt. the food was wonderfully delightful and we plan on coming back soon.
Very good service, but the food is not good enough for the price. I think the place is awesome and the service is good but i will expect to have a real chef gourmet food for the price. And i will not mind to pay that if it was an outstanding food.
Great steaks, awesome sides and a staff that really cares and takes care about your dining experience.
Lavender cheesecake is fantastic.
The first visit was a disaster; service was terrible. The food was excellent so we had to go back a second time, we requested a different server and we had a very enjoyable evening.
Soft grand opening
Since start when i did reservation liked good service.
Then i loved reminder day before when i showed my wife about our anniversary reservation , created expectation on her.
Good parking lot set up and then using elevator to impress my lovely wife.
Service was perfect, with Mr Gabriel serving our table. Mr Gabriel made us feel super comfortable according to the occasion.
Over all my wife and I had an unforgatable experience.
Thank you all very much from Villanueva Family
Birthday dinner for friend. Amazing experience, sad the rumor it's going to close down. If people would give it a chance- the prices are similar to any Chain restaurant such as Chillis and other. The food is amazing and fresh and the restaurant is beautiful and family friendly with bowling!!!
Service was good! Food was also good, but a little expensive. Drinks were good and about average price. In the restaurant area, it was very hot and uncomfortable...that is really my only complaint.
Very bad service overall, the wait staff would take a very long time to check in, bring items needed, etc.
Excellent place to go with the family
I was there for the Miss RGV social and had never been there. The food was AMAZING!!
I made reservations for 3 and pretty much everything was open when we went there was not that many ppl and we got sat in a corner that we werent happy with.. Food was good but not great for their prices.. but the bar area is really nice to go and drink though
This was my first trip to Europa. For any new establishment, I usually wait some time after its grand opening so that the are past the growing pains stage. After 2 months being open, they should have their act together but they don't. Waiter explained they were out of coasters AND special napkins they use when they are out of coasters. He said they are always running out of things because they are so busy. You would think they would have a grasp on inventory control by now. Waiter also said he lost his name tag some time ago but didn't want to pay $50 for a replacement. Service was slow and expertise was lacking. From the initial bread offering to the main course (snapper), all the food had a slightly overbearing sweet essence. Rather off putting when one is expecting a savory experience. Only food that didn't suffer from sweetness was the calamari steak fries, but those, unfortunately, were over salted. I asked for an extra dry Grey Goose martini and the bartender had to come and ask "Grey Goose and what?" Really?!?! I told her "Grey Goose and dry vermouth. If you have a mister, two quick sprays. If not, two to three drops." Martini came out, not in a chilled martini glass, but in a non-chilled cocktail coupe glass. In addition, bartender used sweet vermouth instead of dry vermouth and poured a splash instead of sprays or drops. After hearing such hype about Europa, I was expecting a wonderful culinary experience. Result was far, far from that.
Came in to dine with my Family of 5 for Valentine's Day (2017). The Building is great, the restaurant is modern and aesthetically pleasing on the inside. The Menu was great and had something for all of us. Kids Chicken Tenders and Silver Dollar (Mini) Burgers we great, Chicken Pesto w/Parmesan good as well. The "Colossal" Fried Shrimp dish was also very good. All of our Dishes were prepared well and well served in Portion size. It was a bit loud but it is a Family Environment as well as a Kid Friendly place to eat.
Staff was Great. The Ladies greeting you upon entering were Polite and were quick to get us seated honoring my reservation. I had No issues with them Verifying my reservation and they actually helped me out by providing Two Roses for my Wife and Daughter at my Table upon Arrival. I Noticed as they were verifying my reservation, one of them Slipped away suddenly to make sure the Roses were on my Table just as I had asked them to help me with in my request on the App. Nice. :-)
Our Server did a great Job and even though it was a busy night and we could clearly see he was hustling. we did not wait long before he provided us with refills and other condiments and sweeteners. One thing I did appreciate was that the Manager(s) were also on the Floor helping out. One of them even brought my Boy some more Ketchup. He didn't have to but the man offered and so he did it. It is always a plus in my book to see Managers who aren't to proud or too good to lend a hand on the floor.
Over all, we had a Great Time, some Laughs, heard great music, got to see music videos on the projection screens. Restrooms were very clean and well provided for. I will Definitely use OpenTable to Reserve again here and I will treat my Family to this place for more great nights in our Future.
Menu can be Pricey for Certain dishes and even some Kids Menu Items, Small drinking Glasses, can get loud, No Child Seats/High Chairs, Small Tables, Can be very cold in certain seating areas.
Wonderful place to go with friends or family. Great service and amazing food.
Server was HORRIBLE. Had to ask for water twice had to ask for blue cheese 3 times for the extremely dry not good wings covered in very bland bbq sauce. Ribs where tough and not flavorful. Fries were crap bagged frozen fries. Had to beg the waitress for a bar menu food item that she was certain we couldn't get. Then when we got it, it was over overcooked and had a very hard shell from being overcooked. Tried 3 different cocktails that all sucked not even close to what we wanted. We hated the food and the server. Had such high hopes for this place. Drove over an hour from Brownsville and will NEVER go back. We were so displeased by the end of our meal we didn't even try to do any bowling or play one of the 5 arcade games. By which the website makes it look like there is WAY more than that little crap arcade or just 2 simulators. Bowling looked fun but very expensive. But as I said we didn't even try it because of the already bad experience from dinner.
Food was fairly priced when all components of the experience are factored in. The chicken on the Chicken Club was not evenly cooked and was rough around some bites. Two people on my table ordered it and had the same experience. The Thai Burger was on point. I would definitely come back but would not order chicken.
It was very loud and the food was decent. I expected a fancy restaurant and did not know about the bowling ally, bowling ally caught me off guard.
We loved the Arancinis and the red snapper has an awesome crust, Korean tacos are good but not great.
Awesome Service and great prices, awesome food. Thank you for making my sons birthday Excellent!!!
Celebrating a birthday and started with the bread & it was a little dry but the garlic butter spread is very tasty. The pork pot stickers were excellent and set the tone for the outlook of the meal. Shared the corn shrimp chowder and it was a hit. Then we cut into the 18oz bone-in ribeye steak (asked for medium-rare). Done just a bit more than requested but it was a great steak otherwise. Tender and lean. We savored every last bite of it. Ended with 3 scoops of their gelato & couldn't have asked for a lighter ending to such a great meal. Looking forward to our next visit.
The service was great and food was delicious! The wait staff was very attentive.
Food was good and creative. Prices slightly high but better according to the venue quality class.
My teenagers kids and I liked the bowling and arcade games, specially the star wars simulator.
The bar was modern and vibrant screen on the ceiling, to consider for future visits.
The food is ok, Is confuising how to enter the premises. I couldn't find the Elevator. They should have a security on the parking lot to give you intructions and over see the cars.
Thank you for making my first date with a special lady such a memorable experience. Top quality service from beginning to end. Will definitely be back again!
It's new, so they may still be working out the kinks. Will give it another shot in the future.
Overall a great place for a small gathering with friends. Great atmosphere, great tasting food (though the portions were a little small...definitely leaves you wanting more). The wine selection was limited (they were out of a few bottles listed on their menu), but we still had plenty of options and found something we liked. One down side...they wouldn't allow us to split the cost of bottles as most other places do. Didn't try out the bowling or arcade, but both looked great! Maybe next time. Will definitely be returning.
