Exceptional Dining with Thoughtful Variety The Grandview is truly a standout restaurant in every way. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere struck a perfect balance between refined and welcoming. The service was attentive and professional, without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. What impressed us most was the quality and care put into every dish. Everything is made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients—and you can absolutely taste the difference. Each bite felt intentional, with incredible depth of flavor and attention to presentation. Unlike many high-end steakhouses, The Grandview offers a much broader menu with a thoughtful selection of vegetarian dishes as well. It was refreshing to see that the menu caters to a variety of preferences without sacrificing creativity or flavor. Whether you’re a meat lover or plant-based, there’s something here that will truly impress you. This is more than just a place to eat—it’s a place to savor. Highly recommended for a special night out or any occasion where only the best will do.

My new favorite restaurant. The ambiance and location are divine (although a bit if a drive), but the food was perfect. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Service was a bit slow, but we didn’t mind too much. The waiter was really funny and knowledgeable.

We dined here on July 1st to celebrate my wife’s 78th birthday. I found this restaurant on Yelp as one of the top suggested upscale places, with stunning hilltop views and an impressive menu. When making the online reservation, I noted it was for my wife’s birthday. However, the experience was disappointing. On arrival, we were treated like any regular walk-in and shown to our table with no special greeting. When we asked for two pots of hot water, we were first given only cups of lukewarm water. Later, when we finally received the pots, both came without lids, which was surprising for an upscale restaurant and showed a lack of care in presentation. Our waiter eventually brought the menu, but the front page was soiled with food stains – quite off-putting. Service was extremely slow, and throughout dinner, no one checked on us or asked if we needed anything else. The fried calamari, Caesar salad, seafood linguine, and chicken masala were all decent but not exceptional. The chicken was particularly tough and hard to cut even with a steak knife. Despite noting it was a birthday celebration, there was no acknowledgement from the staff, no greeting, or any small gesture to make it special. Overall, service was inattentive and far below what I expect from an upscale restaurant. It was not an enjoyable evening, and we left as soon as we could. I would not recommend this place.

I've been to Grandview many times and the food has been just OK. It's the view you are going for. But last night, for our anniversary we had dinner and let me tell you it was one of the best dinners I've had in a long time. The food was amazing, cooked perfectly and of course you can't beat the view. I don't know if it's because the menu changed slightly and maybe there's a new chef but KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING. It's perfection. Now granted, it's not inexpensive. but for what you get, in my mind it's worth it. Especially if you are going for a special occasion. Splurge.

The venue was beautiful and the food was really good but the service was not great. When we got there we checked in for our reservation, the host went away to check on the table and when she came back she acted like she’d never seen us. When she was walking us to the table another group was coming out so we let them go and she left us behind so we had to run to catch up. The waiters all acted like we were bothering them constantly and considering this place seems to specialize in special occasions it was weird. I hate to say it because I’ve been in the service industry but it was just that bad.

The hostess seated us on the bottom floor, which was fine. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. It took over 20 minutes just to get drinks, even longer to receive them, and even more time before we could place our food order. We waited over an hour for our meals. The appetizers were good, but the wine (at $50 a glass) and the beer were both disappointing. Two of us ordered the lobster carbonara special, which was completely flavorless. Aside from the nice view, the evening was a letdown. We didn’t receive any bread, the waiter barely checked on our table, and simple touches you’d expect at this price point were missed — no extra plates for the lobster tails, no Parmesan offered for the carbonara, no follow-up about how our meals were, and no effort to address the poor drinks when we mentioned it. For the price, we expected much more and won’t be returning anytime soon. ⸻ Would you like a version that’s a little sharper, a bit more polite, or more casual? I can adjust it if you’d like.

Between us we had four dishes. Three of them were just average. i expected better for the pricing. It’s a nice setting but way overpriced. Plus they work hard at upselling flowers, wine, photos. I can’t imagine we will go back.

Servers are very nice and attentive. The view was of course gorgeous 🤩. Mostly couples on dates. The drinks and food 4/5 but overall worth going at least once for the experience.
