We loved the food, service and atmosphere. It was a memorable evening.
We had a lovely waitstaff and the space itself is intimate and comfortable. The food was mostly outstanding--just a couple of mistakes in seasoning (too heavy), but it was a very quiet sort of "off" night and that might be why. We'll definitely be back.
Dinner was absolutely delicious and the service was so delightful. We would definitely go back. This is a hidden gem.
Consistently excellent, food is great with service to match
Service was outstanding. Empty on a Wednesday. Food was good. Mussels had great flavor. Good restaurant.
Really lovely experience. The service was attentive and friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. The food was excellent, presented beautifully. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!
Great food, truly one of Boston’s best restaurants. It’s a treat!
The food was spectacular. The service was unbelievable! Having dietary restrictions makes going out difficult, but our waiter made a point to speak directly to the chef to insure that all dietary needs were considered. The restaurant was beautiful, quaint, and exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday. Thank you for making her night special.
Food and service was excellent. Loved the ambiance. They easily accommodated my gluten allergy. We went for NYE dinner.
Waiters were great; knowledgeable and attentive. Food was expertly prepared, fresh, soup was hot, and all delicious. When we asked for a wine suggestion to pair with dessert, ti was spot on. A sweet space but very tiny; perfect for 2.
A little bit cold and the servant does not attend much to customers on the second floor, like providing water, and still charge 20% gratitude.
The food overall was very good, however the Maine Halibut was little dry and chewy than what we expected. The rest of the food, Steak, duck (phenomenal), steak tartare, mussels (amazing) and the dessert were fantastic...
Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. This restaurant is a gem, and the ambiance, food and drinks were outstanding. Paris meets Boston. This place is a must try!
Food was phenomenal: caviar served with crispy potato chips, mussels, grilled bread, brussels sprouts. Wine & bubbly delicious. Our server Erica was attentive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu offerings.
John was wonderful! Grand Tour was the perfect setting for a last minute holiday lunch. Menu and wine this were very thoughtful! The steak frites is to die for and the wine by the glass wine selections provide a wide range of choices. Such a special, cozy and fun experience. Beautifully decorated, delicious food and knowledgeable staff.
Delicious. We love it. The duck and venison were both superb. Only one choice for dessert was a bit odd, but it was delicious too.
Had a business meeting. Nice food and great service.
The food and service were outstanding. The only issue we had with the entire experience was that when sitting on the first floor of the restaurant every time the front door opened you were subject to blast of winter air. It made for very uncomfortable dining. There needs to be some protection from that when dining. I’ll return when the weather warms.
We had the most lovely delicious holiday lunch! Staff was amazing.
Really wonderful food, lovely setting and great service. Loved it!!
Great Vibe in the Back Bay. Very good food and nice service. We arrived on time for our reservation, but they did not have any tables available and so they seated us at the bar. They were very nice about it. Busy and popular place.
Beware if you try to make a reservation for 2 they force you to sit at the bar. Really ruins date night. Food was decent but maybe a bit overpriced for what it is. Wait staff nice. Good wine selection. If I wasn’t so uncomfortable after spending 2 hours on a bar stool I would give it 4 stars.
Great food, never disappoints!! Food is exceptional, halibut is cooked perfectly, sides a compliment, steak frites is delicious
The food was fantastic. The servers were incredibly attentive, friendly and engaging. Loved the playlist!
What an awesome experience! Great food and ambience. Intimate but cool!
Great food, great vibe…all-around great evening
I love Grand Tour, fabulous food!! Great service, best of Boston
So happy we found Grand Tour on our Boston weekend getaway. We had an excellent experience at Grand Tour. The food was delicious, elevated but not contrived, fresh flavors with bright colors and yet totally warmed the belly. Could not have enjoyed it more. If you’re a foodie, put this one on your list! Service was also exceptional. Stand outs: the Duck Breast, endive & beet salad, Bok Choy, Cauliflower w Harissa.
Wonderful meal (get the charcuterie board!) with an extremely professional and kind staff.
Loved our dinner! Great service and food! Very attentive and really loved the vibe!
Great bass! The mussels were good. Service was fantastic! Great place for a date at the bar or tables too. They also take large parties too.
I thought the restaurant was exceptional. It had a cool vibe.
Small bistro with open kitchen. Not many seats, so reserve early. Menu is French inspired and rather small. We order entrees and starters & sides to share. Everything we had was excellent! Service was great. Will certainly come back.
Our waitress which I believe the name is Francesca, is super nice and sweet!
Great spot for a date night, most of the food was excellent (we had tartare, squash, sole, duck, mushrooms, and cauliflower). I won't order the cauliflower again, but I would go back for everything else. The service was good, but understand that it is a small space, very much a bistro vibe. They serve wine and beer only, no cocktails, but the wine list was strong for french labels. They did not have coffee service at the time I went, which was disappointing, but I still plan to go back. Overall it was a really good experience.
Food is good. I wish the menu had more seasonal changes to it. I also think espresso/coffee/cordials would be nice with dessert.
Would have been a little nicer if coffee or tea were available. Very few people there because we dined early at 4:30 but music a little too loud for my liking. Plan to return
Beautiful bistro in a great location. Excellent staff and food was delicious. Highly recommend
We had the clams as an app and they were fantastic. I would return just for them alone.
Our side dishes were excellent: cauliflower and bok choy. Again I would return and just get all the side dishes they were that good.
For main course I had dover sole and my friend had the steak. Excellent.
Service was attentive without being obtrusive.
Def. will return.
Dinner was excellent. We felt a little rushed. All done in one hour.
