As always The Grand Concourse is a great choice for birthday, anniversary, and othe special meals. The food always taste so fresh and prepared perfectly, the value is on point and the ambience is kind. If you are a wine drinker, as I am, you will be pleased with their selection.❤

We brought out of town guests.
The risotto my husband and I had was gummy not creamy but we didn’t complain. The coffee one guest was served was cold. The server immediately replaced the coffee. The key lime pie was ok.
We and our guests appreciated that the manager came to our table to talk about the history of the building. So kind of him!
We realize that restaurants have been struggling in many ways so we will be back. Overall we were pleased.

We were in Greensburg for Lacrosse and senior day and decided on Grand Concourse based upon a recommendation. Easy to make reservations, convenient valet parking. This place is beautiful and has a perfect atmosphere. Comfortable seating and a great view.

We were a party of 7 and Grand Concourse checked every box for everyone in our party, great appetizers, salads, and entrees picked from a menu with good variety, but not too many choices.

Drinks and desserts were perfect and it was topped off by service that took care of all of our needs without being intrusive.

Our reserved table was sat with a different group, so we had to wait 20 more minutes to be sat. I ordered mussels, 2 out of every 5 were ok, the rest tasted foul. I ordered the steak and lobster, medium rare. My steak came out medium well and parts were well done. I sent the steak back, they brought out another steak that was so obviously rare and inedible to me. However I will say that management handled the situation effectively. However I will not return.

I wish you still had Parmesan trout on the menu. Otherwise, from a food and ambience perspective, it was a very nice dining experience. One minor question, why do many waiters and bartenders not know what a champagne cocktail is? This is true at Monterey Bay too.

Will never return. 24th Birthday dinner for our daughter, 5 of us... service was terrible. Food was ok, but not great. Definitely regret picking this restaurant. No sure if they just do not have enough help or if the help is not capable of the service that is expected. Ordered birthday dessert (brûlée) and waited over a half hour for it... it never came so we asked them to remove it from the check. We have enjoyed dinner there many times in the past, but no longer.

They seemed understaffed, probably due to the pandemic. It took a while for a server to initially come to our table and take a drink order. She apologized, as she had spilled some food at another table. It took a while for the appetizer to arrive, and then almost immediately the entree showed up. The serve apologized for the timing. We ordered another round of drinks with our entrees, and they didn't arrive until we were done eating. More apologies. We didn't even bother ordering dessert, as we figured it would be another long wait. I understand the challenges in the current environment, but when you paying for a premium experience it needs to be a premium experience.

Stunning location. Dripping in history this place is something else. Old world charm. Was not excepting the food to be delicious but was surprisingly excellent. The bread was fresh baked. The fish was fresh. Only one thing I’d recommend is that it’s fish and fries. Chips are cut differently. But was tasty nonetheless.

The waitress was very slow and used a lot of her colleagues to take care of us, instead of herself. We only saw our waitress two times throughout the whole night.

The restaurant is beautiful. We went for our anniversary and every person that served us, refilled the beverages, took the order or seated us made sure to wish us a Happy Anniversary. The food was phenomenal. We had the ChileaN Sea Bass lightly blackened topped with crab meat and a lemon sauce..best ever. Will not hesitate to go back.

Waited an hour for food. The wait wasn’t the bad part. Food was served cold and was flavorless. Made my wife and me somewhat sick from the taste of the food. I think it was an off day for the kitchen. Very disappointed. On a good note, they did not make us pay for anything.

I had heard a lot about this place and had high expectations. Food was good, service was ok, building was really impressive. The one thing that I walked away feeling somewhat disappointed about was their menu. Maybe COVID has limited their options. Their menu is very basic and common. It left me looking for another page and wishing maybe we went somewhere little more trendy.

I am a huge fan of the Grand Concourse! Are used to work at the Sister restaurant in Columbus Ohio The Engine Hiuse #5. I love seeing the familiar dishes from The Muer Cookbook. Herb was our server snd he was absolutely wonderful. Too Notch service, the best I have ever experienced at The Grand Concourse.

Prior to Covid, this was one of my favorite restaurants. While the food was good, the service was very slow. We ate early, and quite a number of tables were filled at the same time. I suspect that the staff was underprepared for the crowd.

It seemed like everything we ordered was not available. I understand it was a busy day but we spent a ton of money and had a horrible meal. Our appetizer was served on wilted brown lettuce and was supposed to be a firecracker shrimp. It was literally covered in a ton of batter with a little bit of drizzle on it - not good at all.
Very unhappy with our special Easter dinner we thought we were going to have.

Service was slow, but given everything going on was ok. For 3 people it took almost 2 full hours for 2 bowls of soup and 3 meals. Prime Rib was not the best, but edible. Salmon was a little dry with very little sauce. Mashed potatoes were dry as well.

Had a lovely dinner! Great cucumber cocktail and fabulous crab stuffed salmon...with grilled asparagus and sinfully delicious mashies...even the rolls were superb. Would have liked a more creative dessert menu. Got carrot cake which was very cold although a big portion so could be shared if desired. Would have loved chocolate layer cake but not available.

We went on Easter Sunday, met the host, who appeared very frazzled when we walked in. Seated along the river, wanted to be inside where we could enjoy the beautiful building. Our poor waiter was given every table to wait on, and they were scattered all over, so we rarely saw him, a cocktail took 30 minutes to receive. Food was good, not excellent, as it clearly sat quite a while before it was brought out, so it was chilly. We didn't dare send back, or it would of been forever! Overall, pretty good!

Classic restaurant that has been there for years. Excellent food and prices, especially for seafood lovers. I had a snapper Hemingway and my friend had a salmon plate. As at most places, your bill will rise greatly with drinks. $14 for a glass of average chardonnay Bonterra -- a whole bottle is $14.99 -- but other than drink prices you can't go wrong at the Grand Concourse for a date, a special event, just to treat yourself. Don't forget the oyster bar and happy hour when drink prices are better, that is the time I prefer to go to the bar, but sometimes you just have to treat yourself to a delicious multi-course sitdown dinner and be waited on by professional pleasant waitstaff.
