    Neil was an outstanding server..Very polite and attentive to just the right extent. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was fun.

    We had a lovely dinner to celebrate my friend's birthday. We were a party of 11 that were seated promptly and served efficiently. Management called to confirm details about the reservation beforehand, which was a nice touch. My friend traveled from out of town so she enjoyed seeing the beautiful iconic train station. I had a lemon salmon that was fabulous. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. They permitted us to bring in a celebratory cake, but they also brought a creme brulee for our guest of honor. It was a fabulous location to enjoy a special night. Parking is very easy with a lot across the street or valet. If you park in the lot get your ticket validated.

    This restaurant is a must visit for every visitor to Pittsburgh and locals as well. Every facet of the experience was memorable and worth the travel across the bridges of Pittsburgh. The food was perfectly prepared and the service was top notch.

    They were completely understaffed on a Tuesday evening. Our waitress was apologetic and worked hard, but she was overwhelmed. We didn’t get our main course for an hour-and-a-half after being seated. The host was dressed in jeans and a casual shirt and didn’t look the part in an upscale restaurant. When I complained to him, he got a manager who apologized and offered the “we’ll learn from this” line. Meanwhile, my grandchildren were practically falling asleep. He did adjust the bill, but we were looking for was a memorable evening, and not in the way we experienced it. Very disappointing.

    The Grand Concourse was fantastic as always top to bottom. Food to service. My daughter's favorite and was her choice for her 19th birthday dinner. Thank you.

    Relatively quiet afternoon, no crowds. Beautiful view, great service as always! Food is always good, but lunch prices seemed a little high.

    Our dinner at the Grand Concourse was phenomenal. The atmosphere was relaxing, with just enough music not to distract from conversation. The food was delicious. The waitress was very personable, and even treated us to a nice surprise desert for our anniversary. Highly recommend dinner at the Grand Concours

    Hostess was pretty rude. Felt like I was causing her a massive inconvenience when I told her I had received a text stating my table was ready. Food was mediocre. Staff was shouting to each other through the dining room over our table. Whole experience was weird. Felt like I should’ve apologized for bothering everybody at work. Sticky bun were good though!
