    Beautiful location as always! Unfortunately, our waiter was no having a good night and was dismissive and you could tell he was angry. The food was good as usual, but the service kind of ruined the night.

    Generally the service is great here. Had some cleanliness issues at our arrival at the table we were seated at. We were moved to another table. One of our orders were made incorrectly so it had to be sent back and remade so we had to wait for the last person at our table to eat after waiting for the meal to be remade. Our server Destinique was kind and accommodating. The dinner ended well with a free dessert for the wait and issues we encountered.

    There are not many options for vegetarians or vegans, but the few vegetarian options available were excellent. My wife, who is an omnivore, had fantastic seafood, while I had gazpacho and the Sunburst salad. We enjoyed our meals. Everything was very well presented, and the Sunburst salad was superb and perfectly dressed. The restaurant is lovely, and the service was first-rate. Our server was very personable, attentive, prompt, and efficient. Kudos to all.

    Our family enjoyed the whole experience. The entire brunch buffet, the servers and the atmosphere were outstanding. The choices were plentiful, the food was replenished often and the carvers and and other station personnel were friendly and helpful. This was our grandson's choice to celebrate his 21st birthday. What a celebration it was. Thank you for providing us with such an excellent experience.

    Our server was nice and attentive. The two people working the omelette station looked unhappy to be there. The man working the pasta station was pleasant and made up for the omelette station people.

    Highly recommend seared scallops with risotto, prime rib,wedge salad, app meatballs. All delicious! Our waiter, Neil, was funny, knowledgeable, and generous with service! Highly recommended!

    We had a dinner reservation for 5 PM on July 12, 2025 for my best friends birthday!! I have never been there before, but my best friend always told me this was her favorite place to go to dinner so I set up the reservations. We had a group of eight. I have never ever been so disappointed in a restaurant and its staff in my life . Our waitress, Stacy was horrible. No personal ability very short very rude. My steak was made the way I asked it was OK. My potatoes were cold and I had asked for butter. She never brought it and the complementary bread they give you at the beginning is sourdough who does that at a restaurant that is an exclusive taste of certain people not everybody. You need to put something on the table that is comparable for everybody, my best friends Son was charged a total of $75 for crabcakes and water!! But on the menu. The crabcakes were $27. Stacy, the waitress was very short with us, cutting us off, not explaining things completely, when I asked and it took forever forever if she remembered at all to bring our drinks back to the table, this is a very big disappointment and my best friend, her family and friends all made the best of it, but I guarantee you we will not be back!! Try to do better Stacy at Grand Concourse!!

    Fantastic food. Good service but somewhat slow based off the section. Still a great server and probably just a busy kitchen. Great view in the window room and the building is beautiful. Definitely a great price for the food and ambiance!
