    The service was excellent. One of my guest fell after slipping on water. The staff was very gracious and helpful. I did not get to experience the food as I would have like to due to the emergency situation but I look forward to returning.

    We attended the brunch for my husband's birthday. The food selection was diverse and delicious! We all enjoyed the made-to-order omelets with choice of cheese. The kids loved the chocolate fountain. Our server was very attentive and brought my husband and dessert with a candle in it to celebrate. We enjoyed everything and will certainly be back!

    Great spot. Stunning building. Wonderful river views. Out of all the highlights our waiter Neil made the trip. They were busy but he really took the time to make our visit special. Gave us a tour, took our picture and even brought us a complimentary dessert. (special occasion). He is quite possibly the best waiter I have ever encountered

    Our Waitress Taylor was outstanding, so much so that I would hire her in a second, made the entire celebration. We will return and ask for Taylor, wonderful.

    There is something magical about eating in an establishment that once saw WWII soldiers leaving here for parts unknown. While I kind of thought that $21 for 6 oysters were a little over the top...they were abfab. Our server was so personable that we would go back just to be seated at his section. (his name was Justin). We frequent The Grand Concourse about 5-6 time a year for brunch or dinner and of course the incredible Thanksgiving dinner. Even if you just want an appetizer and a drink, the atmosphere, the warmth, the history, the beauty...it's worth it.
