    Such a beautiful establishment. So much ambiance. But waiting 3 hours for our food is beyond alright. Even when it did come it was cold and everyone in our group of four was served at a different time. Not sure if it was lack of help, but I saw many, or they weren't trained.So sad.

    Always the best brunch in Pittsburgh. Neil, our server, was exceptional and regaled us with the history of the building. It was such a special day! And obviously the food was amazing as always.

    I want to thank all the staff that helped me enjoy my 50th Bridgerton Birthday Tea Party. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was so charming. Loved the ice sculpture and omg the Bananas Foster to die for!!!! All my guests really enjoyed! Thanks again

    Water glasses were dirty. One of the replacement glasses was cracked. Service was extremely slow. Took 20 minutes to get a drink. We had an appetizer and left. Didn’t stay around. Extremely overpriced and over rated. Beautiful dining room.

    The menu has changed since our last visit. It seems to be a little more limited. They seemed to have cot back on options like most restaurants. Our waitress, Stacy , was very pleasant and quite attentive to both my wife's and my needs. I have always liked the restaurant mainly because my father used to work for the P&LE railroad, and I have fond memories of the building when I was a child. I remember the first days of the restaurant.

    Fabulous venue. Attentive waitstaff, incredibly delicious dinner. If still available, the Smoked Manhattan is to-die-for. Next trip to Pittsburgh, we will be dining here again.
