Grand Cafe at Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

We ordered the turkey sandwich on rye toast and it was supposed to have bacon on it the turkey was ice cold the bacon was over cooked and crumbled like it would been given on a chef saladThe best thing about the sandwich was the toast

Service was a little slow but it was Easter Sunday at noon and crowded. Food was good as always.

Only trouble we have had is getting the call back Tex that are table is ready. Both times we have been here we have had Togo up and ask usually 15 to 30 min late

Food is good for the value. Service is great, but sometimes you will have to wait to be waited on since it seems the waiters are assigned too many tables at one time. Overall I would recommend.

Breakfast omelettes are my favorite.

Waited 10 minutes for our reservation and then continued to wait nearly an hour for our food. By the time the food arrived at the table everything was freezing cold. My bf ordered a medium rare steak and it was well done. My mother ordered a medium steak and it was rare. Terrible. We requested to speak to the manager and he refused to come over at first but finally he came over. Nothing was warm or fresh. Terrible and it’s not the first time.

My food was good except bacon was a lil overcooked besides that it was great and our waitress was very efficient and got us everything we needed , thank you very much

I think they book to many people at the same time. checked in at 943 for a 945 reservation and didn't get a table until 10 am. Also just found out they are all out of sugar free syrup.

Friday was not their finest hour my wife had chicken parm that was tasteless and you couldn't bite through the toast, my scrambled eggs were hard as a rock and the pancakes were so thick it was like eating dough. My recommendation to a friend would come with a warning to be creful what you order.

I had breakfast. Scrambled eggs came out way overcooked and old like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. Hash browns were ice cold. My wife had a turkey club which was delicious. We are regulars here and normally everything is wonderful. Management corrected the problem. We will be back.

Very upset. 615 reservation and got called at 7. By the at time everything was gone. No corned beef and cabbage. My wife wanted to go but I had to eat. She sat at the table only ordering water. The open face turkey sandwich I got seemed low on turkey

Went on saint Patrick day. Ordered the special corn beef and cabbage at 11 am 45 mins later I asked my waiter where my food was. He never checked on me after taking my order, He finally brought my food after I told him. I thought this place had improved but I was wrong they are back to there old ways. I will never go back

Grand Cafe is always good. The food portions large, cost very reasonable.
You will enjoy your meal and atmosphere at the Grand Cafe.

The servers are very nice. The food is good. The prices are reasonable. You don’t have to wait a long time for your coffee or food.

I think they had too many customers booked at the same time. Also takes forever to pay the bill

Young is the best servers they have had in years, most are good but he's the best.

James is the absolute best! From now on each time I go, I will request his section!! He is funny, happy, and makes sure my order is exactly as expected before bringing it to my table.

This is my go to restaurant where you can sit, enjoy your meal, read and not be rushed. The food is good, very reasonably priced, service good and your manager, Christo, is the best. He is not afraid to help out when things get backed up and will even clear tables if need be.

We go almost every day/night. We love it here! would definitely recommend.

It is nice to enjoy a meal out where you know the food is always great. The Garlic & Parmesan Fries are amazing, and it is nice to see subtle menu changes. The Service is always great and I never feel rushed.

We where seating and after 5 mins I had to go to the restroom, NO one had even said Hi.
When I got back to the table my husband was still sitting there with a lost look on his face, no one had been by or even noticed us. We waited about 5 more mins and still nothing, so we got up and left. Then the managers ask why we said no one came to help us. We always ask for James and don't have this trouble. In fact we made reservations and asked for James but they did nit pay attention.

Had a great time. we loved our server Susan, she is a delight!

Excellent service and menu options. The servers were excellent - during this visit it was Chris. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS, kudos to the Chef or Chefs.

Prime rib was, at best, average.

Ordered steaks medium well they came out well and burned. Served took back & had recooked. Then went on break!
Talked to manage who got recook steak to go and refund cost of one steak.

Food had absolutely no taste. Very bland. We first had a waiter who was very friendly...the waitress who took over since he was going home was horrible. She’d question everytime we asked for another mimosa. She also brought our ticket before we even asked for it which was so rude in my opinion.

Staff was very friendly. Excellent service. Thoughtful and very accomdating.

We always order the All Day Breakfast Burger with Garlic Parmesan fries at the Grand Cafe which is absolutely great! We do miss the Cinnamon breakfast item (waffle or pancake can't recall) that we used to also get years ago at another Station Casino, but the burger never disappoints.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. I know it’s sounds strange considering all the good food available in Vegas but Grand Cafe has all the classic favorites, prepared well and delicious. Service has always been good for me. And the prices are great!
