Great food and service. Seated promptly and had a party of 6.

Customer service is always the BEST whenever I come to this cafe!! Food is good especially for the price. Can’t beat the price, location, and customer service!

We where seating and after 5 mins I had to go to the restroom, NO one had even said Hi.
When I got back to the table my husband was still sitting there with a lost look on his face, no one had been by or even noticed us. We waited about 5 more mins and still nothing, so we got up and left. Then the managers ask why we said no one came to help us. We always ask for James and don't have this trouble. In fact we made reservations and asked for James but they did nit pay attention.

Had a great time. we loved our server Susan, she is a delight!

Excellent service and menu options. The servers were excellent - during this visit it was Chris. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS, kudos to the Chef or Chefs.

Prime rib was, at best, average.

Ordered steaks medium well they came out well and burned. Served took back & had recooked. Then went on break!
Talked to manage who got recook steak to go and refund cost of one steak.

Food had absolutely no taste. Very bland. We first had a waiter who was very friendly...the waitress who took over since he was going home was horrible. She’d question everytime we asked for another mimosa. She also brought our ticket before we even asked for it which was so rude in my opinion.

Staff was very friendly. Excellent service. Thoughtful and very accomdating.

We always order the All Day Breakfast Burger with Garlic Parmesan fries at the Grand Cafe which is absolutely great! We do miss the Cinnamon breakfast item (waffle or pancake can't recall) that we used to also get years ago at another Station Casino, but the burger never disappoints.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. I know it’s sounds strange considering all the good food available in Vegas but Grand Cafe has all the classic favorites, prepared well and delicious. Service has always been good for me. And the prices are great!

Always have a great experience every time we go. We eat there at least once or twice a week! The service is always exceptional-very friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and the portions are substantial. We just wish they would bring back their monthly specials! :)

Scrambled eggs, ham steak, toast, red beer...good breakfast

We like the Dueces Wild entree. Older people can not eat as much as they used to and this pick should satisfy most appetites. I wish there were similar low priced entrees to choose from. The Earl Grey cafe at the Rampart has a couple of low cost items but you have to get there before 9 AM. Being able to eat breakfast any time of the day is a plus at The Grand Cafe.

Typical cafe type atmosphere. Food was fresh and service was excellent.

Prime rib (medium rare) had a strange seasoning taste and was about 1/3 worth of fat. The seasoning caused me to quick walk to the bathroom to do the #2. Never happened before. Go to the Cafe almost every Wednesday, but usually order the New York steak. We were seated outside with all the casino noises. Service was excellent.

Chefs special are definitely recommended especially the shrimp scampi. Better than red lobster

James is an amazing waiter! Helpful, polite, funny! He made the meal an experience and ensured our food was correct and tasty! He kept our drinks full and our smiles bright! Thank you!!

We have eaten at this location before and usually with no issues. This time, my food was cold. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich, and the turdy and mashed potatoes we cold. I understand it might not have been the server's fault and that the problem was most likely with the kitchen.
