   Cater to to many people that it makes it more uncomfortable. The booking system is not easy and there was lots of issue when physically present at the hotel. Focus on 1 buffet dinner rather then having to separate ones that makes it confuse and people can just go up and down cause there is no security. The food was ok, not the best compare to Hilton and Sheraton KL.

   It’s my 2nd time having iftar here and it never disappoints me. From the food to the ambience and the value, everything was just satisfying. Will definitely go again.

   2nd time iftar at Sheraton PJ. The food taste good.many variaty of food.

   Preparation by the team need more accurate and efficient. 1. We booked for six but only 5 chairs are available. 2. Quite late to clear the plate, the table quite messy with emptied used plate. 3. To upgrade to just need to scan QR code rather than need to bring the vouchers. 4. Que line no proper direction. 5. Ice cream to open more booth or counters, que too long especially for kid that need separate section.

   Food quantities given by servers, meh.. they pick and choose quantities based on whom. Food quantities available, no replenishment on some. Wastefulness - high, some take al lot but never finished and many tables have to throw out what they have taken but never eat.

   I pre requested for table of 4 but we are given a big table. When we check with staff in charge, they wasnt helpful as they was busy. They just ask us to sit as the big table which was too big for us to communicate. Was disappointed with the situation as i hv pre inform twice during the reservation n re confirmation period that we prefer small table.

    For me, everything was good. The food is very nice, many choices. Their minced lamb with black pepper sauces is the best combo ! The layout for food section & dining hall is separated, so the surrounding feel not so crowded lah if compared with other places. The parking rate RM7 (i stayed from 6pm until 9.30pm). Surau also located on the same floor. One of the best buffet experience i’ve ever been. For me, this place is very recommended !
