Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn't long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his own kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Grana, Chef Pat's latest culinary endeavor, is directly inspired by the robust southern Italian cooking of his family's matriarchs. It is in their honor that our menu is kept simple and classics are left untouched.

    We had a wonderful experience. Dined at Grana for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. Disclaimer we are born and bred New Yorkers and cooks so we can be a bit food snobbish. This is one of the best Italian restaurants we have eaten at in the area in the 10 years we have lived in Georgia. Food, ambiance and especially service were all a 10! We will definitely make this a regular spot. Veal meatball's, margarita pizza, rigatoni and cannolis are a must try! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I have been several times to Grana Roswell and have to say the food and staff are amazing. Meatball flight, Brussels, eggplant parm, the ronni and garlic bread, and you have to try the cheesecake. Fun atmosphere.

    We were so excited to dine at the new Grana location after having been to the other one many times before. They were out of gluten free pasta and aperol which are the 2 things we specifically came for, so a bit of a bummer but willing to eventually try again.

    Loved the interior of the restaurant and the outdoor area was very nice too. We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our one complaint was the sun blinded most of our table the whole time, however per the manager they are in the process of putting in a rolling blind to help with that. We all enjoyed it and will be back.

    5 star experience. The meatball app was to die for as well as the beet salad side option. Caprese salad was so yummy with home grown tomatoes! Can't wait to go back! Our waiter was the best!!! Very attentive and fun.

    The service was top-shelf, the waiter was eager to help, knowledgeable about the menu and wines. The wine selection, by the glass, was limited but there were some very good choices. We shared a pizza and it was cooked nicely and had some great flavors. The atmosphere is very nice, EXCEPT, it's a clear two story ceiling with a wall of glass. Under most circumstances this would be outstanding, unfortunately it is westerly facing. In the early evening the sunlight is near blinding from many seats.

    The food was absolutely fantastic! From the meatball flight to pizzas to pasta, and then dessert (we tried them all)! Everything was freshly made and tasted amazing! Also, the unique drink list provided interesting mixes of fresh ingredients that were pleasing to the palate. We all left pleasantly stuffed talking about our next visit back. Additionally, the service was exceptional. Job well done!

    Just wasn’t my type of place. Half chicken dish was bad, to their credit they took it off. Calamari portion small. I would not go back.
