Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn't long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his own kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Grana, Chef Pat's latest culinary endeavor, is directly inspired by the robust southern Italian cooking of his family's matriarchs. It is in their honor that our menu is kept simple and classics are left untouched.

Shades need to be put on the windows as the sun is right in your eyes inside. Service needs to be more attentive. Staff overall need to be more knowledgeable. Food was very good.

Consistent across the board as to great service, beautiful restaurant and good food. Outdoor patio is stunning on a pretty day. All the pastas we had were perfectly cooked and flavorful.

We have been several times to Grana and it has yet to disappoint. The food is delicious and we love the vibe. The wait staff has always been great - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a must try if you haven’t been!

We’ve eaten at Grana many times. The food never disappoints and this time was no exception. We finally forced ourselves not to get the meatball flight (it’s hard to pass up and if you’ve never had it you should definitely try it). We had the burrata toast, “roni” pizza and the bucatini limone. The blending of flavors was fantastic. The fig and burrata was incredible! The pizza had a chili honey which added just the right amount of sweet and heat taking an otherwise basic pizza and making it unique. The bucatini with just a hint of lemon was fantastic!

Meatball flight was warm, ratio of breading to cheese in the mozzarella sticks was high, and my pasta was undercooked with a few shreds of short rib. I sent back the pasta but a manager did not come by to check on me. For the money I expected more. The decor was stylish and gorgeous however.
