Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn't long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his own kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Grana, Chef Pat's latest culinary endeavor, is directly inspired by the robust southern Italian cooking of his family's matriarchs. It is in their honor that our menu is kept simple and classics are left untouched.

Just wasn’t my type of place. Half chicken dish was bad, to their credit they took it off. Calamari portion small. I would not go back.

First time to Grana - Roswell, and it was excellent. We were a party of five and we were very impressed with the food - especially the chicken and eggplant parmesan as well as the pastas we tried. Our server (Dayna) was outstanding which always makes the overall experience better. If I had any criticism the main dining room was a bit loud. Maybe some acoustical panels could help soften that. Otherwise, a phenomenal experience and will definitely go back.

It was my friend’s birthday and they treated her like a queen! Loved the cannoli, Prosecco, and birthday card 🥰so sweet!!! the service was outstanding

The restaurant was okay but I probably won’t go back. I was a party of 5 and was seated at a 4 top which made it very crowded. Came to celebrate a big retirement which I acknowledge when I made the reservation but nothing was done to make it special. I also hate to pay for parking when dining at a restaurant.

This is a great venue. Staff very attentive but something was off last night. I want this place to succeed so I a sharing my comments. My order was as follows; Pei mussels, way too spicey. someone was heavy handed with the hot pepper. Bucatini Limone, rather tasteless. Could not taste the lemon. Asked for bread, was told they did not serve bread but they had a garlic bread. Ok, let' have that. It was a pizza. HUHH?? asked for a coffee with Baileys. They only serve Italian coffee. Italians do serve Cafe Americano. Have spent many years traveling and working in Italy. and am very familiar with the cuisine. Hoping that these kinks can be worked out. Will try again to dine but no time soon.

Great venue, interesting and creative menu, delicious food and knowledgeable and attentive staff. Well executed from greeting at the door through dessert. Our group of six truly enjoyed our evening.
