   Came here because of instagram pictures but the food was not worth it. We ordered the bread basket and the crab avocado toast. Neither were amazing. The drinks were just OK.

   The food was prepared too far in advance and bread was stale. The selection was limited to low end product and inferior ingredients. Big dissatisfaction for the price not worth $120 and would not pay for that food product ever again. Had previously dined as a hotel guest and loved the club level. For sure different standard in Grana (lower) than club level. Sad too see that venue trumped service and quality. I would not recommend.

    I thought the food looked a lot better than it tasted. Mediocre at best. Most of the food lacked flavor. Definitely not worth the price. The restaurant is beautiful and the server did well.

    The only reason to go to Grana is for the ambiance. The food is subpar, the service is poor, and not worth the cost. I was very disappointed to spend my Mother’s Day at this establishment.

    The hostess is excellent, but Sandra the server never came by at all (the hostess had to take my order, serve everything, bring water, the check, etc). The food is good, the ambiance wonderful. Just the service isn’t the best

    We celebrated the end of Ramadan at Grana. We were 10 and the experience was wonderful. I truly commend our server who I wish I remember his name for taking care of us the perfect way. The small and large plates were delicious and cooked to our liking. Can't wait to go back :)

    While the space was very pretty and the noise level was perfect for brunch, there was a large delay in getting seated for our reservation. Additionally, everything we originally ordered either: was not available, never made it to our table, or did not come out as described.

    With a price of $105 per guest, I was expecting a beautiful buffet lunch like the last one I had at the Langham Hotel; the restaurant at that time was Cafe Fleuri. This one is called Grand. What we were given was: inedible "hot cross buns", dry and heavy and flat, then five bite-sized crackers of richly described and nearly flavorless appetizers. With a selection of entrees, I chose the one that might be the most filling. I was served on an oval plate measuring 7.5x3.5 inches. There were thin pieces of very dry (almost bacon-like) ham, about one quarter of a potato's worth of roasted potato slices, and about 8 or 9 small roasted asparagus (hat actually tasted good). The dessert buffet was quite quite pretty, but entirely tasteless! These were again bite-sized offerings, and I took one of each. The chocolate was waxy, the custard bland, the cheesecake was salty. In addition, the seat was so uncomfortable that I developed a backache. The service was good, though.

    We had a great last breakfast in town! Our server was so sweet and even though he was very busy, he still was very attentive & made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Such a beautiful restaurant and the banana bread French toast was so delicious!

    We had a business lunch in this lovely dining room, which has just been renovated in a soothing way, with witty art on the walls. The waiter kindly allowed us to split an entree of a vegetarian panini and salad. We had the amazing cookie/candy bo for desert, which is presented in a glass box and has excellent nougat, canolis, and madelines. Enjoyed it immensely.

    We went there to host a friend visiting us from NYC. Service was okay, and food pretty good. We didn’t do the pre-fixe menu but ordered a la carte instead which did not have what was offered in the pre-fixe menu!     I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the price. The ambience was the best part and the food was pretty good, but not a great breakfast selection compared to all of the other great places to go in Boston. Our reservation was for 10:45a on a Thurs because I had a family member in town, and we weren't told that they were going to be closing the breakfast menu soon for lunch so we were rushed. I might recommend this place for brunch on a weekend instead.
