Such amazing food everytime!!! I love the gnocchi, but they didn’t have it this time - shells were second best :)

The vibe was off in this place. I saw the hostess more than our waitress. Hostess dealt with our issue with the food. The chef came out from the kitchen to basically say to the hostess, while they were standing next to our table, that sometimes the meat is just red. That makes no sense to me when only 1 out of 6 meatballs we received was red and tasted mushy and off. I did not appreciate that he passive aggressively had to make a point that we were wrong. Ruined the whole experience for me. The food was fine but would not go back.

The manager was very welcoming and made accommodation for our wedding day we just came out of the court and made sure we were settled in and gave us some appetizers on the house they went beyond to make sure we were okay would highly recommend eating there , food was amazing

Unfortunately the food disappointed a bit. Not bad, but wasn’t as tasty as the Grana I went in Roswell food was way too spicy. But the service was really awful. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The lady who led us to the table was kind but the waitress was grumpy and not kind at all, not professional. Forgot orders, dissapeared for long periods, pretended she was not seeing us when we asked to come to the table… really a bad experience. Maybe she wasn’t having a good day, but as a customer and celebrating a birthday we definitely expected much more.

Love the place but had not ordered a salad and didn’t know it came separate and in a bowel. Made it harder to eat. But good portion and shrimp were perfectly cooked.

We’ve loved Grana for a while, but we have concerns about the quality slipping. The past few times, the food is ok,and the service is fine, but it isn’t like it was. We were literally the only diners on a holiday Sunday, perfect temps, and no one else was there. Weird. One more shot to see but if it’s in a continual decline, it’ll be our last.

Grana was THE best. Exceptional would not begin to describe our experience. First, our waitress was very attentive and courteous. Second, the food was magnificent. We had the baked ricotta, brussel sprouts, carbonara, and Fibonacci pizza and all were top form. Lastly, it was our anniversary and the staff made a point to make our experience special. Our waitress told my wife she looked lovely, we were gifted a cannoli, and Chef Pat came out of the kitchen to personally give us a custard dessert (zabaglione) that he makes for his wife on their anniversary. There was another MAJOR thing they did for us that we appreciated, but I don’t want to advertise it. Thank you Grana for a memorable anniversary dinner. You have 2 more lifetime patrons.
