With the help of the marvellous team at Grameen Spice, of course. At this tranquil little restaurant on Briestfield Road, diners are treated to curry that is prepared using traditional methods from Dhaka and Punjab, thus the Grameen specialities are superb. Try a zingy pal pali, chicken breast marinated with lime and coriander pesto then topped with mashed ginger and garlic, or the fiery palong motar, a spinach and chickpea concoction with smoked cumin and plenty of chilli. Maybe something from the tandoori grill? Paneer tikka or tiger prawn shashlik? There is something for every palate at Grameen Spice, whether you like it saucy, mild, or don’t eat meat.
