The Grain and Gristle is a neighborhood pub started by three friends who love local beer, fresh food, and wood. The space itself is centered by a live-edged maple bar, around which you can quaff craft beers, spirits, and wines while enjoying a thoughtfully prepared meal or snack.
Be aware that we block out lots of seats for walk-ins, and are unable to accommodate reservations on Friday and Saturday nights, from 5pm till close. So, if there isn't a seat to reserve here, there is likely still a seat waiting for you!

A group of us came here on New Years Eve and while our waitress was awesome everything else was not. They were out of several entrees when there was already little to choose from and what we did end up getting was terrible. The drinks were ok but nothing to right home about and you would think they would maybe cover drinks or something since they were out of most of the menu but nothing was offered. I would not go back or recommend.

Food was great. We chose grain and gristle because they utilize local veggies & meat. The waitress had an extremely negative demeanor.

Excellent, friendly service! The burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The delicata squash was delicious. We’ll be back.

The food was good but it was not hot when it was served. As a professional chef myself, it doesn't matter how good the food is if it is not hot for the customer.
