Service was top notch.
Best Arancini and Calamari ever eaten.
Always a great experience at Gradi.
Lovely dinner, great recommendations from staff! Food was delicious!
Service was good at the start when it was not busy but once it got busy we did not get served for 40 minutes, despite many waiters and waitresses passing us by
Had a gorgeous waitress who was very warm and welcoming she looked after us very well and had no problems answering our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed a tasty pizza and easy the best gnocchi I have ever had. Great portion sizes and a lovely environment to enjoy a special night out.
The service was extremely welcoming and professional and attentive. The food was reliably great. What more do you need.
Disappointing, won't be back.
$41 dollars is to too much for Mussles, so i ordered the Fish mixed Grill $49, scallops, prawns, fish - all of it was well below par.
Restaurants like these at Crown have turned into tourist traps. Much better food in quality and price only a suburb away eg. Sth Melb, Albert Park & Port Melb.
unfortunately it was extremely loud and not as pleasant as we have experienced before
Pizza’s are AMAZING!!
The staff were so friendly and helpful
Always go there for pizza when in Melbourne every second year. Never disappointed. Wine list bit more expensive than others.
We love attending Gradi for dinner as we feel like we are never disappointed in any facet of the experience.
Great food , great wine & exemplary service combine to make dinner at Gradi fantastic
This was the fourth time we've dined and everytime Gradi delivers fantastic service and amazing food!
Service was excellent and good great.
The gnocchi is still the best in town says my mum - only nonna could do better.
Love it here
Great restaurant with fantastic food and friendly staff.
Great meal with friends. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to dine in the city.
Had dinner Christmas night with the family, amd whilst it was a little busy, the service was below poor. Our waiter forgot entree dishes, mains and even dessert! When we needed assistance or beverage refill he wasn’t around and preferred to laugh and joke with the other waiters. He was also very arrogant and spoke down to us. I have eaten at the Carlton location and unfortunately the service was really bad there also.
Food was ok, Pizza was soggy and full of water.
Good place for Italian food and wine with family or friends.
Customer service was fantastic, it was very busy but the staff were always around asking if we needed anything and if we were happy with our meal which means they take pride in what they do. The pizza was excellent as was the perfectly grilled seafood. Highly recommended
We celebrated my husband’s birthday there and I couldn’t have been happier. The food (totally value for money), the atmosphere ( electric) and most importantly the service was fantastic. Thank you Gradi’s for making our evening a fun and memorable one. We will definitely be back!!!
Wonderful service! Can’t rave enough how happy we were with our dining experience at a very busy time.
Loved it!! Staff was excellent even though it was incredibly busy! Food was great, fantastic wine list.
Too expensive for the quality. Too noisy. Service was excellent.
We were here for a special occasion which I mentioned when booking. Service was really bad. Say for 20 minutes before soueven acknowledged us. Wrong drinks were brought to the table. The serve of the pros deco was the smallest serving I’ve ever seen. Food was good however the whole experience was really disappointing.
Aloof service, very overpriced food & drinks! $15 for prosecco which was half a glass! Most expensive pizza of it's type I've come accross. Pizza was very good but too expensive! They overcharged on the bill and were odd and not apologetic at all! Very noisy and overpriced!
Came for dinner for my Son’s birthday, it was enjoyed by the whole family. Will defiantly be back.
Nice pasta and pizza dish but a little bit pricey. Love the entre, calamari with the squid ink aioli sauce.
Amazing food, fun and energetic vibe, well priced.
I have previously enjoyed Gradi and always been served with exceptional service. Last nights reservation was definitely not up to standard. I am unsure if they were short staffed or training but it was definitely a shocking night for service. After planning a surprise birthday for my partner the cake came out with no candles on it, yet to go back and announce to the able that they will bring the cake back out later. Continuously asking for water - definitely not what I expected for Gradi.
The food made me feel like I was back in Italy. It was delicious and so satisfying. I would definitely return.
The food is always spot on at Gradi. The waiting staff are very friendly and nothing seems to be any trouble for them. Yes it can be a bit loud but that's because everyone seems so happy and enjoying themselves.
loved our lunch at gradi food and service was fantastic
The food was outstanding and the service matched. It's not an inexpensive restaurant but you get what you pay for.
Leaving. We didn't rate it at all. Glorified fast food. I guess we should've known when we saw a branch at the Auckland intetnational airport.
Excellent all round, will be back
Completely disappointed as we were escorted out due to the smoke alarms going off. I had 2 interstate guests with me and was hoping for the general 5 star service from Gradi. We were then let back in only to be asked to leave again. Ended up eating next door which was the most overpriced average pizza I’ve ever eaten and ended up completely embarrassed as the host of some big spending clients.
Restaurant overall was quite nice although the food quality wasn’t as impeccable as the last time I went there. Probably a bad day or something. Lighting is nice and calm as it is quite dim. Waiters and service was great!
