Graceburn Bistro is our take on the modern Australian Bistro.

Chef Kate Kilsby brings a fresh approach with a strong focus on sustainability, locally sourced seasonal ingredients and bold flavours. Our Bistro menu is exclusively a Feed Me set menu. We highly advise that you notify us of dietary requirements with every booking.

Our wine list includes current release and museum offerings of Mac Forbes wines, plus an extensive Friends List that is specially curated by our Bistro team featuring wines from both here and abroad.

Graceburn Bistro is open for dinner with our Feed Me menu on Thursday at $50pp, plus Friday and Saturday nights at $70pp - don't forget you can hire the venue for private use!

Outside of Bistro hours, the space operates as a wine bar and cellar door for Mac Forbes Wines. Pop down for a flight and a bite Thursday to Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.

Chef Kate Kilsby’s menu is a triumph of local ingredients, clever execution, simplicity and beautiful plating. Everything was absolutely delicious (and I’m still dreaming of the chocolate truffle to finish!). Will definitely return.

Wonderful food. We are both vegetarian so had the menu modified slightly for us and everything was super tasty and looked beautiful. Great wine choices given to us also. Thank you! We'll be back!

The total experience was fantastic, Kate’s food just gets better, more innovative and down right delicious. Emma is a delightful front of house, eyes everywhere and terrific suggestions on matching wines. Good for a light meal and great for a special event, a birthday in this case. 10/10 again Graceburn.

Our experience was amazing. We were lucky enough to have Mac Forbes there helping out on an understaffed night, and our experience was very helpful and personal. We were recommended many different wines, all with suggestions based on our previous favourites, and you could tell lots of care went into the decision. The food was delicious also, overall we just didn't really want the experience to end.

The food (and catered for dietary requirements) was superb and plenty of it. The team were friendly and didn't rush you like some other restaurants during these covid times. It was perfect food with perfect timing of delivery for each course. Definitely a surprising little find which I highly recommend.
