I hate to leave bad reviews when it’s because of a server. Such a shame that a service employee can hurt a business. The food was ok, atmosphere good as well, our server literally didn’t want to be there. She would leave before we finished our sentences and we were always looking for her. She never came during our meal and never came after dropping off the checks. This time of year can be tough and we wanted to believe it was an off night but she enjoyed chatting with the host and relaxing on her phone, we let it go until we literally couldn’t find her to pay for so long we had to ask anyone we could find to take our cards. It was so odd as we were her only table. She should have walked away with the easiest $50 of her day.
It's what comes to mind when you think of an Irish Pub. Good food and service. Decked out in dark woods and the right kinds of beer. Try it. I'm comfortable that you'll enjoy it
We had a great night. We all had the pint and pie special. Delicious Shepards pie and beer!
You won't be disappointed! Traditional Irish Fare and so so good. Accommodates small or large parties! Staff is super friendly, entertainment was on point!!
A dining group try different restaurants twice a week. Grace is one of out “go to” restaurants. Food is excellent, a broad menu, excellent service, good bar menu. Overall one of out favorites!
Great food and service..good prices. Nice staff. No wait
We picked GOM because we love Irish stew and were looking for a relatively calm environment after having traveled all day. Unfortunately, we booked in advance and when we arrived, it wasn’t what we expected at all. The food was okay, but only moderately true to authentic. The environment wasn’t “energetic,” it was “chaotic.” Our meal was punctuated by regular screams and uproars…and there wasn’t even a game on! The place was more run down that I would have expected for the price of the food, as well. Overall, it’s an okay place to eat, but totally didn’t meet our expectations.
This is one of our favorite restaurants! We have been here several times, and each time was a great experience. We love the authenticity of the "Irish Pub" ambiance. My brother was with us visiting from Cincinnatti and was really impressed with everything. There were sit-in musicians last night (Sunday) that was a nice surprise! Thank you again for the great experience; we will be back!!! Doug Maume
Food was delicious and staff was friendly and prompt!
Fun place to eat with friends. Aria the server was super.
Our server was an absolute master at his job. Our drinks never went empty and his attitude was amazing and positive. I would love to tell you his name but he was true to his word and got me hammered.
The food was good. The manager was very nice and helpful to the staff and greeting everyone that arrived. He was actually more attentive than our server.
Waitress was simply awesome!! Her attention to us has made this restaurant our go to spot
We sat outside which was much quieter than inside which was exceptionally loud. Our waiter ignored us at times and forgot to order one of our entrees, then tried to blame us for not ordering it!! Other requests were late. The food we received was good, but the overall experience was very negatively impacted by the waiter
We enjoyed the food, energy, and especially the service- everyone was helpful and upbeat- including the entertainment!
It was a good evening.
Food was unique and delicious. The drink selection was enormous and there were a lot of different liquors, beer, and wine options as well as some very unique cocktails. The wait staff was excellent, the outdoor seating was great, and the live music was great albeit loud. If you are sensitive to noise, ask to eat outside or in the front of the restaurant away from the stage area.
Another wonderful night of festive music, great service and delicious food. We will be back.
The good part was Monday night pub trivia. The bad part was that's all we got for almost 2 hours! Showed up for a 6pm reservation with seven people. Place was nowhere near full but got busy later. Watched people come and eat and go before we ever got our food. Embarrassing experience to bring family there and management comped a pretzel appetizer. Don't waste your time or money. Food was not that good either.
The live music was fantastic and the food was delicious!!
Great food and fun atmosphere but the crowd noise was too loud to hear the music.
Service and atmosphere is always wonderful!
We had an enjoyable evening at Grace O'Malleys Irish Pub & restaurant. Food and service were superb. He hope to go back soon.
First time visit, food and service did not disappoint.
It's always a great time when we're at Grace O'Malley's!
Amazing food per usual. Atmosphere was lively, though you could see that there was still plenty of space between tables for appropriate distancing. Staff was fantastic, drinks were well made, and introducing my friends to the soft pretzels and beer cheese went over very very well. We were celebrating a friend who is moving, and Grace O'Malley's set the perfect mood for the rest of the night.
Fun, Festive spot for a late night bite and a drink.
We went to listen to Don Bunch which is why the noise was up. The food is always great and the servers are awesome! The appetizer took a bit but the kitchen was backed up bc of everyone coming out to see Don at 8 and we weren’t in a hurry so it was absolutely fine. But because of it they did take our appetizer off the bill to make up for the time it took for that to come out. Overall a wonderful experience! I didn’t have it this time but the Salmon is phenomenal!
Jackson provided exceptional service even while they were very busy! GreAt time!
Outside dining was curb lane of the street. Very safe from Covid perspective. Cars driving by are very close despite the barricades, so please do stay alert.
Food was excellent. Since we were only party outside service was Not exceptional but was reasonable.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a live Irish singer to entertain us for dinner. The service was great. We had one problem with under cooked chicken but overall the food was very good. I had the bangers and mash, I loved it.
Beers were flowing. Food was great. Music was outstanding! Can’t wait to go back.
Authentic Irish food, great experience. Will definitely go back to listen to the music and have another Irish Red Ale
Didn't know what to expect. Food was good but lot of ambient noise.. and the band wasn't planning playing! Service was ok but a bit slow. Not sure I'd revisit.
Food and service was excellent! It was Saturday night so it was very busy, glad we had a reservation! Will definitely come again!
Friendly staff, great food and spirits, fun atmosphere, and good value. We went for an early dinner before a show nearby. We will be back again!
The food, the service, everything was good except the noise level was extremely loud. The bar area is way too loud where others cannot hear what is being said at their table in the dining area. I would no recommend this restaurant for seniors, way too loud.
We enjoyed our evening out at Grace O'Malley's. While I do not recommend their version of a burrito, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the bangers and mash. We would definitely go back! Be sure to make a reservation or you'll have to wait, tho. We were glad we made a reservation ahead of time.
Food was a little underwhelming but decent pub food.
