Our reservation was early evening so not many people there at that time. Every dish, appetizers through dessert was exceptional. And great service!!! A little pricey but I don’t mind that when the food is great. We will be back.

It was Saturday afternoon, so totally empty. Good food, cheerful waitresses. Appetizers were fast and were very good. Main plates took so long that we basically lost interest. But I will give them another chance.

Food was good!! Our server was not good…pretty sure he was high and kept lingering around our table. We asked for straws at least 4 separate times and he never brought them so I had to go to the bar and get them. He wouldn’t refill our water and I had to go to the bar and get a refill. But most of all, it seemed painful for him to be polite to us. The service was horrible but the ambiance and food was really good.

All three of us really enjoyed our meals. The flavors and different foods were blended together in truly wonderful combinations! Our waiter was very friendly and gave us the history of the building. Pretty dang cool!

Very delicious brothy shrimp and grits. Interesting cocktails. Slightly overpriced for a small amount of shrimp you get in a bowl, but overall nice experience. Pleasant, not overbearing, staff.

Some of our food was ok, but the special we ordered was not cooked correctly. The server said he would take it off the bill and I did not know that (I was speaking with a friend), so we ended up paying $55 for something my husband only ate a few bites. I feel the place is overpriced. We will not be going back.

We normally travel to find really good food, such as we find in NOLA and Birmingham. Mobile now has at least one restaurant on par with Brennan’s and Frank Stitt’s places and it is called GRACE. I had the halibut and it was as good as the restaurants we visit in the northwest. It was cooked to perfection. I did blue cheese mashed potatoes as a side and it was a home run. My wife selected the veal scallopini with haricots verts and it was a sensation for her taste buds. The grilled peach dessert with vanilla bean ice cream was a fantastic final touch. We will be frequent flyers henceforth.

Everything was wonderful. We started with the jerk chicken and fish dip apps, most of our table got the halibut special with crabmeat, and the tomato tart (highly recommended). The fried green tomatoes with crab were also amazing. Our waiter recommended our selections and did a great job! Even recommending an amazing wine. Look forward to the next visit!

Very tasty food, inventive drinks, though both a bit pricey for the size of portions. We had shrimp and fish and grits. Very nicely prepared local shrimp and delicate fish, plus grits done in a lighter preparation, not with grease and sausage. Absolutely awesome, friendly, accommodating staff. The place is very stylish, clean, and simple. Last but not least, and I'm not taking a star off for it: the noise level is just horrible because of poor acoustics. Between the live music (which was really nice, a truly talented musician), and people talking, you literally cannot hear the person across the table. All sound just echoes off the naked walls creating a cacophony. I guess some people like that kind of a noisy place where you have to scream to say anything to the waiter of your companion, but not for me. My loss, because otherwise I'd like to come back for food.

Food was good. Service was absolutely outstanding. The noise level made it impossible for any conversation. There was a pianist singing Jerry Lee Lewis and the acoustics are such that you cannot hear anything until the musician goes on break. Wish he had just played softly without singing - I think everyone would have enjoyed being able to hear musician as well as have a little table conversation. This was Sunday brunch- not late night Saturday bar crowd.

I consider myself a collard green expert and yours were quite possibly the best I've ever had. I enjoyed the music but, it was a bit too loud. I have problems hearing so, that could just be on me. It didn't seem to bother the others I was with. Overall, I loved the food and atmosphere.

It was just ok- nothing special! Too dark hard to read menus- tomatoes too thin for the fried green tomato’s appetizer - the fish sticks were just kinda thin and hard - sauce was good. Not impressed sorry!

The energy of the place is busy and upbeat. It’s definitely not a quiet romantic place. The appetizer came out quickly (seared tuna) and was great. The drinks took a long time. The first paloma came out with ginger beer in it. The second one probably had sprite. Either way, they were made much differently. We ordered the duck spinach salad and the fish fingers. They took a very long time. We thankfully were not in a rush. The duck was cooked as ordered but I have never had a cut of duck that was served with so much fat on it. The flavor was amazing but the chewy fat on each piece of duck forced me to just move all the duck to the side and eat the remainder of the salad without the duck. The fish fingers were good; nothing to write home about. They were just average and leave me to think they were overpriced for the flavor. This place is definitely a fun vibe and exciting location. The rooftop bar is incredible to hang out on. I’m not really sure I’d go back and order dinner. I’d probably go back for the upstairs bar.

Big TVs with sports - terrible ambiance for dinner date. Cup filled with potato chunks to extend the small amount of actual soup - ridiculous. Fish of the day tasted like a gut bucket - nice to have removed from bill, but best recommendation- find another restaurant!
