   This was one of my favorite place before the management changed. The menu is completely changed and is pricey than what they offer. Also, need to mention that a lot of employees in the restaurant but no one will give you attention even though you’re the only customer in the restaurant

   Great value with nice service! We ordered clams steamed in sake, hitsumabushi eel rice, salmon roe roll, kimchi tofu, and seared kanefuku spicy cod roll.

   As someone from Osaka, I can confirm this is a Japanese restaurant with home style dishes and legit kushikatsu (of which is a bit lighter due to less batter and more panko crusted instead). We went on Valentine’s Day for a special meal and it was packed. Service may be a bit more relaxed than one may be used to, so please be patient and enjoy the thoughtful hospitality and cuisine. Their unagi yanagawa (simmered eel with strips of burdock root covered in egg) was very comforting and tasty. Thank you for the delightful and memorable meal.

   They had previous bento box menu that was delicious. New management made new menu that expensive, confusing and limited. I be surprised if it is still around in a month unless they make a change. Plus no hot tea in a restaurant named Gozen Shun!

   For the price we didn’t think it was worth it. The food was mediocre Not horrible but not great either. There are plenty of other places where we could have eaten better food for the same cost or less.
