    Table booked for 9am 5 staff on and left waiting until 9.20 before we left. There where 3 other tables occupied and two of them also decided to leave. No service just 5 staff chatting and setting up. Did not dine. Unfortunately this is my second poor experience in this restaurant so will not be returning

    The food is gorgeous. Great ambience for meeting up. Good prices and staff are lovely.

    Waited 45 minutes for first drinks and had to ask three times before it arrived, after we’d already finished our meals. We also had to request water twice before the meal. Service was very poor overall. My food was served incorrectly, even though the waitress had double checked my order beforehand. They gave us the drinks free but ruined experience as we were looking for water and our drinks the whole meal.

    Love this restaurant, lovely food, lovely staff, never waiting a long time for order, prompt service, very nice coffee 👌 car park very handy. The only downside which I have written before, is the ventilation, there is none! Never a window open and I had to ask one of the staff to open a side door, I don't understand this in the height of the summer 🤷‍♀️

    The food was quite dreadful - everything was cold. The peaches in the halloumi dish were hard as a rock. The mussels were unseasoned, cold and weirdly textured. The bread was stale. I was shocked how bad everything was. The service was also lacking - not overly friendly and inattentive.

    4 people dining. Overall food was good but one of our pasta dishes had to be returned as it was cold and the service was very poor. Not all food and drinks were served at the same time or within reasonable time. One of us still hadn’t received their drink by the time some of the food arrived. We had to remind the server about missing drink. It was a busy day but attention to detail and attention to the table was very very poor. We had to request a menu for desserts and the coffees after a fairly long wait (about 30 mins) and the coffees were mixed up. The server wasn’t sure which was the latte and which was the flat white. One of our desserts didn’t arrive with the rest and we had to call on a server. It’s the first time we have experienced poor service but it seemed unusual to our previous visits so it wouldn’t put us off returning.

    It wad very average. The Eton Mess Pancakes were crap, they were like pancakes covered in Rasberry Jam and the tiniest pieces of meringue. A kind of cheap taste off them. The kick-start breakfast was nice however the potatoe cake was over cooked and chewy and only the toast was on the cold side. The bacon and poached eggs were cooked perfect though and the coffee is really nice. The restaurant is beautiful but the food was so very average and way overpriced
