   We came to stay in London for a birthday celebration and booked GBK I told them when booking it was a birthday celebration but no one wished a happy birthday nor did anyone come over to us to check on us. Fries were over cooked and hard, there was a group of about 8/10 youngsters who were swearing and shouting as well as throwing food around at each other which was quite intimidating. It felt like a fast food restaurant rather than a nice restaurant. The burger was also cold and not warm. I don’t think I’d come back here again.

   We had really good two waitresses, I don’t remember the name of them but she had brown hair and she was very lovely and helpful !

   Thought the bean burger I had was very minuscule and way overpriced for what I got

   You now have to order the food and drinks yourself via a tablet on the table. This took an age and basically meant I was doing the servers job. There were servers there but no service other than them bringing things to the table.
