   Food was OK. We were going to order dessert but after waiting 20 minutes after finishing mains no one cleared our table or asked if we were ordering desserts. Had to find someone to pay and left to have dessert at home

   Food was cold, didnt get the right order. Very much warmrd up in the microwave generally not nice food. Host/manager had no personallity or warmth about her not welcoming at all. Place was empty which speaks for itself!

   Absolutely no atmosphere in this place very quiet staff were nice however there was a funny smell in the restaurant the food was tasty however I feel it was a bit overpriced

   The air con made the restaurant cold and chilled the already moderately warm food to cold as you’re eating it. The burritos weren’t great, meat over cooked and tough and the Mexican rice was claggy and didn’t taste great. A burger is probably a better choice as they need to be freshly cooked.

   Absolutely dead. Not a single person in the restaurant. One member of staff wjo was not very helpful. Couldnt order half of the menu. Took over 20 minutes to navigate the app and add food to our order. Atmosphere was dull and lifeless. Staff walking around like they dont care. Completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice wedding anniversary dinner. Eventually gave up trying to order and left as it would have been over an hour becore we got to eat. The prices were a bit on the steep side but may have been value for money had we actually felt welcome, succeeded in ordering and tried the food

   Went to your restaurant in Hedge End this evening had a table booked for 4 people via the Open table app. Had to walk away, what an utter shambles could only offer a small portion of what was on the menu as you never had chefs trained, available drinks menu was even worse, the the prices on the App where you had to order through never matched the paper menu more expensive. When I asked to see the manager was advised there was not one on the premises. Thank you for the ruined end to a good Father’s Day.
