Service was excellent given her workload. They need to increase the wait staff. The Romaine salad and braised short rib were very good. Crowded and very noisy.

Great atmosphere! Staff is terrific. Ask for Shelly - best waitperson we have ever come across! Food is always consistently very good. A favorite of ours.

We had a 5:30 reservation. Got seated in the back room. I should have asked to be seated in main dining area. Ambiance was ok, no loud music. Server was ok. Not much of a greet. Our drinks took a bit but they were pretty busy. Great Aviation martini. The mussels were fairly quick, really tasty broth. Server was attentive but not overly friendly, didn’t smile a lot. I had shrimp pasta, boring, no flavor and steamed shrimp, the only seasonal vegetables were carrots and zucchini. Not a very big portion in a medium sized bowl. My partner had chicken Cobb salad. It looked great. However, it’s a salad, hard to screw it up. It was a nice portion for the price. The experience was good. The food not great, but not bad, just underwhelming. I would go back and sit at bar, maybe happy hour. Which has good hours. The service was ok, not very friendly. She took awhile to get our checks back to us. Overall, I would give 2.5 stars out of five.

Food was basically good but not really special. Ambiance was noisy and crowded during the brunch, not very pleasant. Tables were rather small for a brunch serving, would have been fine for just a drink and a quick appetizer. For the cost, not sure we would come for brunch again.

This was our third time at their Easter Sunday brunch. For $50/person, bottomless mimosas should be free, not $13. Overall, the food is very good, but the selection is limited; basically one long table and then prime rib. Great service and ambience.

A beautiful rooftop restraunt with a delicious Easter buffet. The prime rib, ham, shrimp and breakfast meats were rounded out with an assortment of salads. The bottomless mimosas or sparkling cava whetted our whistles. We splurged on the mini cheesecakes, macaroons and brownies. A lovely brunch!

A few of the brunch items were not good, like the eggs benedict. The asparagus salad was a bit bland. A few more dessert options would have been nice. Enjoyed the cheese board and the prime rib. Nothing outstanding however. The drinks were quite pricey. We may try a different place next year.

We keep giving the Gordon a chance and continue to be disappointed. In the past we've just tried drinks and snacks from the bar, generally with poor service and lackluster quality. Thinking maybe it was the more dynamic characteristics of a bar, we thought we'd make reservations and try a sit down dinner. We remain unimpressed. I'd noted in Open Table this was for a date. We went early - 5:45 on a Wednesday - with happy hour winding down. I arrived first and was seated in a back room by myself clearly meant for private gatherings rather than the dining room. There was a large table set up for a larger group coming and three four-tops. The space did eventually fill, including with the large group about four feet from us who turned on the TV. This is not a huge space. The other two four tops were in and out quickly, but we'd hoped to "dine". It felt like we were somehow crashing the larger group's party. The cocktails and food were ok (the Brussels sprouts were particularly good), but nothing special, particularly given the price. I had halibut which was slightly overdone and a very small piece for the cost. The cocktails, even getting the first one in on happy hour, were spendy and not particularly balanced. I know prices have gone up for things, but we eat out a lot and are fine paying for a good meal, but this was not it. There are plenty of other places in town with similar price point and much better quality and quantity. Despite trying to be otherwise, this just feels like a hotel restaurant where a captive audience is assumed. The one high point was that our server was great. She was working hard taking care of us and the larger group. Otherwise, it was a bust. We won't bother to go back again. For the price, the overall ambiance, the food, and the whole experience, there are much better places to go in town.

Food was ok. Requested a booth but was told they couldn't sit only two people there. Five minutes later and with 2-tops available, they sat a couple at the exact table I requested.
