   We were warmly greeted by the hostesses and seated slightly ahead of our 7:30 reservation. Our waiter was very friendly, engaged and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining some of the menu features and answered our questions. He also seemed genuinely interested in why we had visited the restaurant and where we were from. All the items ordered were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We had cocktails, onion soup and crab cake for starters. For the main course, we shared the signature Beef Wellington. It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. A wonderful dining experience.

   We thought the beef Wellington was awesome and the mushroom risotto was very good. The lounge was preferable as the dining room was too crowded and noisy. Good job to all.👍

   Our server Bob was great. The food runners placed the wrong meals in front of the wrongs guests. The sommelier brought out the wrong wine bottle. After bringing the correct bottle he then proceeded to come back and talked about another bottle that I ordered. I mentioned I hadn’t ordered another bottle then realized he was at the wrong table. Food from another table was almost delivered to ours and leftovers came to our table that belonged to another. The kitchen also should be aware that the guests can see them. Won’t elaborate.

   Great place for birthday celebration! Service is fantastic! Sticky toffee pudding was amazing!

   The food and service were amazing. Sommelier picked us out a great wine. Very pricey but totally worth it for a special occasion.

   Sandeep was our host and he was great!Party of 4, We loved all our food suggestions, the Wellington of course was the star but the toffee desert was really the best part of the night! what a way to end dinner! if i just may, the music was amazing but we expected something a bit more classic like, Service, Food amazing! first time in a Gordon Ramsey and it was a dream come true as we're huge fans of the chef and have watched ALLLLLL his work on TV! thanks for the great night

   Really good dining experience, food was delicious, especially the french onion soup! Also the petit plateau is quite value.

   Ordered 2 steaks and both were phenomenal!! The sides were disappoiting!! The mushroom was way too salty and the mac cheese tasted weird!! The label fish was recommended by the server which was amazing too!!

   Overall great experience!! The only star reductions were for the shishito peppers we got (4+ of them were spicy AF! Rare but kind of ruined that dish for us), and the ambiance of the lounge is interesting. Would like to try the dining room next time. Overall, service was amazing, food was fantastic!

    We ordered the Warm Bread and Spreads - meh. 1/2 Dozen Oysters - can’t go wrong in shucking. 1 Beef Tartare - I’ve had raw beef before but sliced beef, ie. Phnom Penh’s Marinated Butter Beef dish. This was like going to your market and buying ground beef to cook and put in your spaghetti but raw style and just spooning it onto a thin crispy chip then chew and swallow it. 1 Wellington for 2 - mushroom that covers the tenderloin was way too powerful of a taste for me. I’ve only ever had one other wellington and that was at Hy’s. Hy’s was better. Sticky toffee pudding - too sweet and I don’t like dates. I prefer Denny’s Apple Crisp or New York Style Cheesecake over this. Verdict on the food - it is not to my liking, but that’s definitely not to say it’s not good or flavourful, it’s just not to MY liking. Verdict on the service - Raghav (server) & Barrett (shift manager) are world class. They set the bar at their respective positions for customer service. They are exemplary at what they do. They truly care about your dining experience, they really do want you to have the most enjoyable and memorable meal. If Gordon Ramsay cares about how his customers are treated at Steak restaurant, him putting his name to this establishment, he needs to thank and recognize Raghav and Barrett for going above and beyond to create amazing experiences and memories.
