   We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our 10-year dating anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely incredible—every dish was crafted with care and packed with flavor. What truly made our evening special was the exceptional service we received, especially from Lucas. He went above and beyond to make sure our night was perfect, offering thoughtful recommendations and making us feel genuinely valued. His kindness and attention to detail made all the difference, and we are so grateful for his outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for fantastic food and top-notch hospitality.

   My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time! The staff were so attentive and kind, and they were definitely the best part of the restaurant. We had the famous beef wellington, and were well informed of what to expect, as well as how best to drizzle the sauce and eat it. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Price-wise, everything is quite overpriced but as it was a treat, we expected it. This definitely isn't a place to have regular meals at though. It is highly recommended that you make reservations, otherwise you'll likely be waiting a very long time for your table.

   service is very slow, the service is absolutely not worth this price, appetizers is fast but the steaks and the sides takes more than an hour to come out after we order. We were there 2 hours the servers wasn’t too attentive to our table at first hour* that’s the most important timing to check out and let the customers feel comfortable.

   Trace our sever was fantastic, explained the various meals and offered suggestions. Lisa was attentive and asked if we needed anything. Outside kitchen chef asked how everything was that we ordered. Beef Wellington was prepared to our maximum enjoyment. We will be back and recommending this to everyone.

   I think it's the best steakhouse in the city. River Rock did a great job by including this wonderful restaurant.

   We thought to be courteous and call the restaurant to inform them that we’d be a few minutes late due to traffic. The lady on the other end came off a little bit rude. You’d think they would be trained to be more polite. Instead, she ended the call abruptly with “ok, bye”. The food: Do not get the Beef Wellington. Way too much hype, was semi-warm, and it was not worth the $$ at all. The beef Wellington should’ve had half the portion for 2 people so people can order that in addition to ordering other dishes on the side to try. There’s no way 2 people can finish that and want to order other things off the menu. It was also super chewy and tendony, bad presentation, and absolutely not what it looks like on television. We were quite disappointed. The pastry itself was decent. One good thing, the appies were delicious, especially the pork belly. The scallop risotto was pretty good too. We went with our children and ordered what we knew would be enough food for us, but the waiter wouldn’t stop pushing his idea of what’s enough food for us so we ended up ordering more than we needed and stuffed ourselves uncomfortably. He almost looked down on us for not ordering an “entree” each and suggested we order another entree. We had already ordered 4 items (2 appetizers, an entree, and a side Mac n cheese) and 2 drinks. The ambience: The lounge ambience was open, bright, and didn’t feel upscale at all for the price I’m paying. There’s a dining part of the restaurant that we didn’t even get to see because we were sat right by the bar. Overall, I might go back for the appies and drinks…maybe try the rack of lamb or something else, but definitely not their signature Beef Wellington.

   Party of 7 ( 5 adults and 2 kids)- we ordered a variety of dishes , seafood petite appetizer/soups/ crab cake were great. Entree was not as expected for this price , the beef Wellington for 2 - 4 pieces ,the pastry flakey outside but felt a little doughy on the inside , duxelle was fine , beef tenderloin was good but was not juicy Sable fish - nice and butter , great flavour Wild mushroom risotto with scallops - great sear on scallops and risotto was nice Rack of lamb - the lamb was well done when it came , so we told the server and she promptly had a new one remade asap, second time it was better but still felt alittle over cooked more medium than medium rare Dessert was great. Sticky toffee pudding - did not disappoint Cheesecake - no complaints The waitress was very attentive and provided great service throughout the dinner also comp’d the desserts because of the lamb. Overall , was good , but the entrees , star of the show could have been better given the establishment we are at and for the prices being charged . Bill came to $730 with tax and tips .

   I decided to try this restaurant out while staying at the resort. The food did not disappoint! My steak was done to perfection! I thoroughly enjoyed the Caesar salad, really liked the little croutons they make inhouse. The brussel sprouts were absolutely incredible! The potato puree was good, but not spectacular, I have had better at other places. The carrots, some were cooked well, others were hard as a rock. My non alcoholic drink, felt like I was shorted liquid as it was only half full, with more ice than drink. At first I thought that is how it was supposed to be, however after seeing other customers come out, I know it wasn’t. I did expect to pay handsomely, and I did! The veggies would have been good to share with 2 people, they were definitely not meant for just one. I would come again!

    Five star prices with 2 star service. Wine order never came as they couldn’t find the bottle we ordered. Came to explain but offered no consideration, just to picj another bottle. Wine finally came after our steak but then wanted to decanter and had to ask twice to have wine with dinner and not as dessert. Service definitely not at the level expected for the price.
