It my wife birthday and she have to Wait for food over 45 minutes. Her caesar drinks taste like water. Order my martini was very disappointed. Would never go back aswell let all my friends know

Perfect dining option for a special occasion, food was excellent and beyond compare with the exception of the crab cake - was very salty and not exceptional. The service provided was too notch, personable and knowledgeable, offering suggestions and also allowing for us to choose selections that were to our tastes. I would recommend one of the signature cocktails, we were very pleased with the options. The restaurant was noisier than expected, but we were seated beside the open kitchen which was a plus and a minus. I would highly recommend this option for any special occasion and recommend the steak, of course.

Have been Gordon Ramsay restaurants in Vegas and London. Finally Vancouver has one! As high end restaurant, top notch service is expected. Food is great, but at salty side.

Crystal was an exceptional server, very helpful navigating us through the menu and with options for one guest with peanut and seafood allergies. Steak, chicken, scallops where all perfectly cooked and delicious.

I really enjoyed the restaurant but one thing that did make me not want to go there was how hard it was from changing my reservation from 6 people to 7 or 8. We were told we would have to change our reservation from 8pm to 9pm to accommodate the number of people attending. When we got to the restaurant, almost half the restaurant was empty. Im just saying that if you cannot accommodate a one or two people change to reservations, how would you be able to do walk-ins? Also, i had to tell the person on the phone that I am only with having one or two people at the ends of the table and he still said no until I kept asking to speak to manager for override. after waiting on hold for 10 mins, he was able to make the changes to our reservation without speaking to the manager.
