The food did not disappoint. The wait to be seated, despite having a reservation did disappoint. We had reservations for 8PM, we arrived at 7:45 and were not seated until almost 9PM. The hostess did give us a glass of champagne as an apology. We were out for our wedding anniversary and the excessive wait really ruined the mood of the night for us.

Food was amazing. I had the tasting menu which of course included beef Wellington. The Wellington is amazing. The scallops risotto was also very good.

For a high-end restaurant, this was the worse customer service that we have ever experienced. We had a 7:45 pm reservation and upon arrival we were told that it was approximately a 40 minute wait list as they were just starting to seat the 7:00 pm reservations. After 45 minutes, we were told that it would be at least an additional 30 minutes as they were just seating the 7:15 pm reservations. Totally unbelievable!! What was the purpose of making a reservation!!! Needless to say, after the second delay we cancelled our reservation. As I am a believer that first impressions are lasting impressions, we will not be returning.

Our reservation was for 7:45 and we were not seated until 8:30! We understand that you cannot rush patrons through a delicious meal so we did not mind waiting and people watching.

Once we were seated Tamia Tripp, asst mgr. came to our table and apologized for the delay. Mirzan was our waiter and was top notch. Very enthusiastic explaining the menu.

The grilled ceasar salad was tasty. We each had the Ny Strip and it was so tender that you could cut it with a butter knife. Cooked exactly as requested. The Brussel sprouts were out of this world.

The cheesecake and toffee pudding were pure heaven!

We can’t say enough about the food but the service and attention provided by Tamia and staff was phenomenal!

Will definitely be back!

Food was great.
Service was lacking. They were very nice but just left us to fend for ourselves. 2 1/2 hours is too long for dinner while trying to get to the Casino. We ended up not going to the Casino (sorry Baltimore, your loss)
Water glasses always empty.
Was never asked for a 2nd cocktail.
Tried to flag down our server several times; could tell she saw us but just turned and went in other direction.
For the price, the value is poor due to the poor service.
Would have expected better.

I had high expectations for my dining experience as the restaurant bear the name of Gordon Ramsey, and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent from beginning to end and the details of the service really shined. Always had my used plates cleared rapidly , new utensils were constantly exchanged, and our table remained “clutter free.” The food of course was prepared fantastically and I had no complaints beginning to end. The bone marrow particularly stood out to me (must have!)

Only “negative” feedback was that trolley of meat with the mirrors...is a bit strange to have sitting out all evening. Also, because the service is so attentive, sometimes it feels like you’re answering “is there anything else you need” quite often. That’s not a critique...it’s a preference. Some people like the attentiveness but I was having a business conversation and at times it just threw off the flow.

Would come back for sure!

The waitress was very professional and personable. The food was AMAZING! You are missing a great experience if you don’t dine at this location. Definitely will be returning to try more of the menu. Very accessible from the highway, and parking was easy. Great we have such a great option for a night out close to home. 😀

My guest asked for this restaurant for her special occasion. It was quiet and only a few tables were occupied. The pace was slow but we were not in a hurry. We ordered appetizers. An abundant seafood platter arrived; the oysters were good but not spectacular. We even confused the one raw clam as a discolored oyster. The crab legs were served with nothing to crack the shells. We had to ask for extra cocktail sauce twice and it was slow to reach our table. The meals were delivered by a different staff person who had no idea who ordered what. While great food, my expectation for that price is outstanding service. That dimension of high end dining was missing at our meal.

The food was overpriced. Our beef was excellent but the Salmon was average at best. The sides we ordered at an inflated price were marginal The area where the casino is located is not save to walk through at night. The restaurant should be free staying in a much better location.

The dining evening was a total debacle. We arrived late after giving ourselves over an hour of lead time for a twenty minute drive but parking was atrocious. The garage attendants were rude and unprofessional to say the least. We were finally after several minutes able to park. Once we arrived at the front entrance of the restaurant to check in, the staff acted as if they didn't know how to do their job. After five minutes, we had to re-check in to the restaurant for our reservations. It took approximately fifteen more minutes after our check in the second time to finally get a table after placing a reservation! Our server, John, was good at attending to our needs, but he did not keep an eye on his supporting staff to ensure our dining experience was pleasant. Our food was cold. We did not receive the food that was ordered and the food that we ordered to take home did not include everything after an attendant stood in front of us and stated that it was. It is an expensive endeavor so be for warned. The ambiance was notable as the attire policy was not observed for an alleged high end restaurant. I would stand clear of this restaurant entirely with all the problems that we incurred this evening.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversaries with another couple and I must say our night was one for the books. It’s an experience in itself. The food and drinks were exceptional. Our waiter was truly fantastic. We were honestly so comfortable that between drinks, appetizers, entries and dessert we spent 3 hours there and not once did we feel rushed. I’ll be recommending Steak for a long time to come.

SIDE NOTE: Our waiter was so amazing that at the end of our night he brought the 4 of us complementary champagne to toast our Anniversaries.

Everything was great the bone in rib eye had a lot of gristle in it, the meat at Gordon Ramseys in vegas was better, I think it came from NJ this was from Rosetta local, The shrimp cocktail was great, had large Shrimp
oysters were good, my wife had a fillet and loved it. Drinks were very good. If I go again I would not get a rib eye.

Read the negative reviews on the service but took a chance because those same reviews suggest the that food was good and it was my wife's birthday, she's been wanting to try this place. Our worries of bad service was put at ease thanks to Laura, she is an excellent server. My wife ordered the Beef Wellington, it was so tender. I had the ribeye which is on par with other steak houses of this caliber. The star of the dinner was my daughter's American Wagyu Filet, it was just as tender as the wife's but more flavorful. The Sticky Toffee Pudding lived up to it's hype as well. Will definitely return for special occasions.

Best thing about the meal was the service. The waitress and assistant waiter were as friendly as can be. The GM was very accommodating as well. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the Strip steak. The first time it came out it was over-cooked beyond Medium. On the replacement the steak was the fattiest I have seen a NY Strip. That said, the Bone-in Ribeye was as expected and very good. The MD Crab Soup offered a different take on a local classic and was not disappointing. The brussel sprout side is delicious. And their version of the bread pudding is outstanding. Hopefully no one is going there for the bread, but they have it - enough said on that. Very pricey overall, yet not all that much different or much more than other upscale local steakhouses.

The only reason this is getting 3 stars instead of 5 is because the service was horrible and the food was amazing(As you expect from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant). We had a 7 PM reservation but weren't seated until 7:30. After that, our waitress was barely there and took forever to get our drinks and food. Even when we order our dessert, it went to a different table. What's more was that my wife and I were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and there was nothing special done to celebrate the occasion.

I truly want to go back to the place again, but I have the service left a bad taste in my mouth :/

As stated above, Food was excellent!! but service was terrible!! as my waiter did NOT come around not once ask how everything was and wanted to order some drinks but unable to do so because we( 4 of my family) could not see him nor his assistant, just disappeared and gone..... We usually visit hi-end steakhouse in local like this one, never had a service like this where waiter and assistant just disappeared after bringing our food and my wife's steak was too well done - should've been medium - was not able to ask.......
We told very nicely our waiter how he and his assistant have been so busy- he said because of he had a large group of people(they were sitting right behind us about 10-12 people), was not able to be attentive to our table..... absolutely senseless, isn't it. Hope this would be improved when we visit next time.

Well the servers improved and the food went down hill. It is very apparent that Gordon Ramsay does not monitor restaurants with his name on them. The american wagyu steak I had served to me today was BURNT on the outside and the middle was still bleeding and cold. The spinach was 1/2 was warm and the rest was ice cold like they just took out of freezer and ran water over it to take off ice. The steak cost $72.00 and it was not even worth taking home to cook myself and after waiting 38 minutes for it to arrive at table no point in waiting for a new one.. They absolutely ruined my birthday dinner. So disappointed my birthday dinner was ruined. So sad came home and had PBJ for my birthday dinner..

Everything was awesome except my filet. Gordon Ramsey Steak had overcooked my steak. I ordered it medium and it was charred on the outside and very dry. I didn't complain because I felt bad, but at the end of the day I should have because if you're paying $52 for an 8oz steak, then it should be perfect.
