   Had a great experience. We had the shrimp cocktail for and appetizer, beef welling and 8oz fillet for the entree. Both plates were cooked perfectly.

   We had an awesome dinner and the service was the best. It's a bit noisy, so if you are looking for a quiet dinner, this won't be the place. I do see us going here very often.

   Our server, Beth, was GREAT !!!! She was very chatty, which we enjoyed, and constantly checked up on us. (not something you find at a lot of restaurants any more). And she was happy, it was obvious she enjoyed her job. Our biggest complaint was the noise level; it was like eating at the bus station. There needs to be some sound absorbing acoustics added to the restaurant. At those prices, one would except to have a peaceful, quiet dinner; not happening at Gordon Ramsey's

   Had an awesome time. We will definitely be going back. Traveled 120 miles from SW Ohio to Louisville to go. Everyone was super. Seems a little over employed, but I have my own business and if you can do it, why not.

   The filet and potato purée was great. Service was great. Beth and her assistants were great taking care of us. It was a little loud and the friend I was with said his strip was good but not great but loved the mushrooms. Overall great experience but pricey. I will return.

    A very lackluster experience and didn’t meet our expectations. While the food was outstanding, the service was abhorrent, from the server having absolutely no etiquette to the absolute confused staff, it left us feeling as if we were at a test kitchen. As an example, our appetizers came out and were sat in front of us. They didn’t appear correct so we mentioned it to the food runner who didn’t for a brief second acknowledge we had said a thing. After a delay, it was realized we received the neighboring table’s appetizers and the staff just came back, took the plates from in front of us and placed them in front of the diners at the table next to us. This is unacceptable and luckily the neighboring table didn’t realize my fork sitting in their appetizer or they didn’t care. If you’re going for the food…go! If you’re going for a dining experience, run away! Shame on Gordon Ramsay for this quagmire-ish experience lacking anything one would expect for a $375 meal.

    Food was very good. We had the risotto appetizer with the beef wellington and toffee pudding for dessert. The drinks were also very good. Staff was attentive and made us feel very welcome. We went for my birthday and they even gave me a birthday card and rose which was very thoughtful and special.

    Food was way overpriced. Plus limited selection on real food items. Yep of had no meat and one fish dinner. Still 100 bucks. That not good. We want Binions back. Been going to this casino for 25 yrs plus. We will NOT be back.

    Went for my best friends birthday and it was amazing! Food was over the top! Lobster risotto, crab cake, lobster bisque, chicken, and scallops were to die for. The duchess drink was delicious too. Will be back for sure!

    The chicken breast was cold, the brussels sprouts were burnt, the New York Strip tasted like cardboard and didnt have any seasonings, and the collard greens were burnt and lacked any flavor. Presentation was on point. However the truffle fries and the bread were amazing. The service was outstanding and we were sat very close to our reservation time. Not worth the cost of the meal($300 incl 25% tip) but we didnt complain at the restaurant.(We don't complain, just pay our bill and don't return)

    Our experience was not good. Our Expectations were High. Food was fair at best, bill was 400bucks. Table wobbled, cold air vents above. Entre late. Beef wellington pastry soggy. Lobster rossoto tasted like burnt garlic. Didn't send anything back.. just would have gotten more of the same.

    We were kind of wishing the tables were spaced further apart but other than that it was a nice experience. Better than any restaurant I’ve ever been to, pricey but totally worth it.

    2 of the 3 times we have been to this restaurant our steak has been incorrectly cooked. New York strip was way overcooked and hard to chew with no flavor. The Filet wasn't cooked at all!

    Wonderful overall experience and amazing food!! We celebrated my son's 21st birthday. We started with a Piccadilly circus and guiness then had lobster risotto. For entrees we had beef Wellington, braised Beef shortrib, and roasted chicken. We shared truffle fries, Brussel Sprouts, mushrooms, and Mac n cheese. Dessert was sticky toffee pudding, vanilla mascarpone cheesecake, and a chocolate mousse dessert. Everything was delicious. My son described the beef Wellington as being as soft as bread- the meat was so soft and tender it was the same as the pastry crust. Our server was Michael and his assistant was Grant. Would 100% recommend going!

    My birthday dinner was amazing they sit us by the bar area it was loud there as men there yelling and screaming and it was a big disappointment! But the food made up for that! I got the Beef Wellington and my husband got the braised Beef and I got a chocolate cake with a candle for my birthday thank for her wait dress she was amazing

    Very delicious food. The standards are high the food is well explained. It’s definitely an experience if you are a foodie. It’s a little cold inside so I recommend bring a little jacket to cover with. The resemblance is that of Hell’s Kitchen, if you watched the tv show the food comes out perfect. Bon appetite!

    When we first arrived the noise level was barely manageable but the music volume increased way faster than the noise and gave everyone migraines. We had hoped that being a high end dining experience the noise levels would be lower to give us a break from the casino floor but it ended up being worse. Beyond that, portion sizes were all over the place. Truffle fries were on a massive plate that took up the middle of the table, but the lobster tail accompaniment was smaller than a single grilled shrimp on the grilled shrimp accompaniment. Based on reputation, we expected something on par or superior to a place like Geraldine's in Indianapolis in food and environment. I understand that being attached to a casino can make it difficult but either the staff there lacks the agency to manage things properly in the front of house or they don't care. We went out of our way to meet the dress code listed and appeared to be the only ones to do so among all the customers present. I am fine with a lax dress code, but we even asked the restarting to be sure and were told that yes, there is a dress code in place. It would have been great if they told us it wasn't heavily enforced. I will say that our waitress and all the servers did an excellent job. They were by far the best part of the experience and the only thing that really lived up to our (possibly inflated by television) expectations.

    AMAZING food!! Casual dress being attached to the casino; so you may be sitting next to somebody in a three-piece suit, or you may be sitting next to somebody in basketball shorts, a T-shirt, and flip-flops, who just hit the jackpot out in the casino. Other than that, it’s a great experience! Looking forward to returning.

    Food was $$$$$ flavor did not disappoint I had lobster risotto appetizer as my main dish very filling. Beef Wellington root veg and potatoes delectable.     Horrible culinary experience. Sea bass was fishy and ended up getting sick from it. The braised short rib was flavorless and dry. Service was friendly and attentive but I will never eat there again.

    I had dinner here last night by myself. I’m out here for work so why not? Anyways, they seated me right away. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. My waitress was respectful and accommodating. I ordered an appetizer, an entree, a side and a drink. My total came out to $110 for a party of one. The food is fantastic, don’t get me wrong however I don’t eat seafood. I haven’t in over 20 years. For the appetizer, I got the lobster risotto. I asked if they can just make the risotto without the lobster. They obliged but not before to ask if I had a seafood allergy. I do not but that’s besides the point. The chef or whomever was running the kitchen felt it was appropriate to charge me full price for the dish. I shrugged and still agreed to pay full price for an appetizer size risotto. My issue is that I’m wondering if they would still charge me full price if I said I did have a food allergy. Places like this and for the price they charge each dish/drink, if allowed to substitute should charge appropriately especially if they aren’t getting the main component of the dish which in my case is THE LOBSTER.

    Was not impressed with the food myself, husband liked his steak but said he could get better steak at French Licks 1875 restaurant. Barry ordered his steak medium, got it medium rare. I ordered the chicken breast, didn't have a lot of flavor to it. Gave most of it to husband. Plus, they sat us up towards the front by the cooks, and it was really hard to hear what we were talking about because of the chefs yelling. Place itself was very nice, just not a restaurant for us.
