    Didn't think we would ever make it there... but we did! The branding was everywhere. We had a reservation and were seated after a few minute wait. We had shrimp aquachile, branzino & pineapple carpaccio, the lobster risotto, beef Wellington & strawberry shortcake trifle. I don't think we will eat for several days but the flavors were amazing. It was a rather dark room and the music was loud but still we enjoyed ourselves. They seemed to have an issue with serving food hot - everything was lukewarm as if it was made ahead and sat. It is pricey so probably would only go for special occasions but enjoyed the flavours immensely.

    We enjoyed absolutely everything about our visit. The only thing that didn’t impress me was the $75 corkage fee! As a sommelier I often bring my own wine and pay the corkage fee. However, I have never seen one this high! The most expensive fee I had encountered previously was $35. So it was a bit surprising. We ordered cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert. Everything from the food to the service was excellent and we plan to come back.

    I was disappointed compared to the same food served in Las Vegas' Hell’s Kitchen. The scallops were overcooked, and the lobster risotto was too overpowering with tomato sauce. However, the whipped potatoes with crème fraîche were superb. Would like to see bottled sodas such as Fever Tree instead of tasteless ginger ale from a gun. This is a high class place!

    The beef Wellington was AMAZING. Even the Caesar salad was EXCELLENT. The service was perfect. The ambiance was AWESOME. The executive chef was so friendly and awesome. The host/hostess were truly the most welcoming ever. The experience was 11 out of 10. My wife has ALS and everyone went out of their way to make her feel like this was going to be her best experience of whatever life she has left. I am truly grateful and amazed how awesome the whole experience was!!! JUST WOW!!!

    Everything was almost perfect except our waitress had an attitude. Other than that food was delicious

    Food was average at best and not worth the money. Chicken was way overseasoned. Beef Wellington was alright but if that’s the signature dish 🤯 Head guy at pass insisted on banging the counter in time to the music. Very annoying. $258 would have been better spent elsewhere. Nowhere near as good as HK Vegas which we visited in Oct-22. Probably wouldn’t visit another Gordon Ramsay restaurant based on this Miami experience.

    One of the best experiences my wife and I have had. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time at Hell's Kitchen. It was amazing, from the food, to the service. A real fine dining experience. Mauricio our server, made the night feel real special. He was very friendly, attentive to our needs, and made sure we had a special night. It wasn't just him though. The whole staff was very professional and friendly. From the hostest to the guys and ladies bring the food to our table. Would definitely return. Thank you Hell's Kitchen staff for making our anniversary so special.

    Glassware dirty, Would think with a reputation as a upscale establishment attention to detail would be at the top of the list. Service wash lackluster.
