   Joey was amazing , friendly always making sure our water glass was full. Our server was amazing Abby and even Ingrid the manager came over to make sure we felt appreciated. I wish we would have met Gordon but he wasn’t there. Food was great but the atmosphere made it perfect.

   We were excited to try the special five-course dinner menu, but sadly it didn’t meet expectations. The salmon was overcooked and dry, and the dessert was far too sweet. The flavors overall felt unbalanced. What made it more disappointing was that Chef Alex personally visited almost every table except ours. For the price, we expected a more memorable and inclusive experience.

   Probably obvious, but HK Miami was overrated in every way. Our food was just okay, and the dining experience was even less satisfying. There is no sense of being "in the action" of the kitchen, and the majority of the tables are so far away that you can't even see food being prepared or plated. If you're someone that's into the Ramsay culinary universe, you're going to want to try the Beef Wellington, but sadly it was extremely rich, insanely expense, and overall disappointing.

   I came here for birthday dinner and we had a wonderful experienc. All the staff were kind and pleasant and great recommendations from our waitress Alexis! Food was amazing too

   Our server Anthony was very attentive and recommended the Beef Wellington and it was excellent. It was our 20 year Anniversary and I would highly recommend going there. We will definitely be going back.

    Alex fue nuestro mesero elegido y nos ayudó a elegir los mejores cocteles, nos orientó a elegir el mejor plato y terminamos con un cheese cake que lo recomiendo, celebrando el cumpleaños de mi esposo, una experiencia agradable y deliciosa.. lo recomiendo !! Definitivamente volveré 👌
